My wife and I spent the weekend in The Cottages. LOVED IT. If you prefer a hotel, the Mountain Inn is ok, but The Lodge is incredible. You must drive around the entire place. Hiking trails everywhere. The Chapel is remote and memorable! The Azalea...More

I always enjoy Callaway Gardens. I went to the beach area for the first time last year and it is nice. The water was clean and warm. There are places to purchase food and changing rooms right next to the beach.

We almost didn't go because of the reviews, yes some of the old attractions are closed however the butterfly house and the chapel are more than worth the price of admission this is a quiet place to spend a day or longer

I had been years a ago and always remembered the beautiful flowers and gardens. I definitely wanted to go back. However the gardens and greenhouses are standing empty and in deplorable condition. CG has become a resort like place to visit. As someone else stated...More

There were dead bugs in the room, the food was horrible except the breakfast. There was tuns of walking and no shade at the beach. Cheap trip but I would have rather kept my money and went somewhere else.

We stayed at the resort villas. The villa was reasonable, with mediocre furnishing not well maintained: conwebs and dirt galore underneath every bed; ourside porches/sitting that was not cleaned nor wiped prior to arrival and not touched even once by cleaning crew while we were...More

This was my first visit to Callaway. The Christmas lights and music were very pretty. Just a bit underwhelming honestly to be one of the "best light shows around", but I am sure they take a lot of time, effort and electricity every year ☺️....More

We live in South Georgia, our azaleas bloomed early this year. The gorgeous blossoms are gone until next year. I would advise checking with Callaway Gardens to see if the azaleas are still in bloom there.
