I'm not trying to be racist, but if you are Hispanic this is the place for you. My sister and I walked the whole thing on a Saturday and didn't see anything of value to us. There a few vendors selling something I would buy, but the prices were too high. We didn't walk around outside because of the heat, but I suspect it wasn't any different. I won't be going back.

Hi, We're sorry you did not find what you were looking for at our market. We rent the spaces to our vendors and they decide what to sell. Obviously, what they're selling appeals to others so they are able to stay in business year after year. We are a multicultural market and we have sellers from all over the world. with more than 700+ selling spaces with new and used merchandise, seasonal vegetables, freshly-made food and so much more. Again, We're sorry we weren't what you expected but thanks for checking the Market out anyway.

Approx. 3-4 wks ago, I visited for the 1st time this flea mkt. I liked all the inside vendor booths, food court, and esp. the pet store which was kept very clean and humane for ALL their animals. My compliments to them. HOWEVER, once I stepped outside through one of the entrances, I was horrified: Probably 100's of sm. cages were lined up next to & on top of each other crammed full with chickens and ducks w/no water or food & no room to move around. This is pure ANIMAL ABUSE!!! I wrote to the Pendergrass Flea Mkt web page alerting them to this abusive & unhealthy situation & asking them to not give out permits to such dealers, but never got a response. Now, I just read through their reviews again, and see to my disgust, that the same type of complaints were given by other visitor(s) way back in 2016. Clearly, nothing has changed and/or been done to remedy this ghastly situation. Sales of agricultural live animals & on top of being kept in these unhealthy and cruel circumstances SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED A/O HAVE ANY PLACE IN A FLEA MARKET!!! Since this seems to be an acceptable situation for the town of Pendergrass and the Flea Mkt Owners/Mgrs, and dealer permits continue being given to these animal abusers & most unhealthy agric. circumstances, I am sure also GA Agricultural Health laws are being violated. Considering that this flea mkt does not care to remedy this dismal situation, i.e., continues supporting animal abuse and unhealthy animal care, the only choice for us concerned visitors is to put complaints into the GA agricultural dept. as well as the local animal control authorities. SHAME, SHAME on the town of Pendergrass & the P. Flea Mkt Mgmt.

Hi Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! We are sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. Your feedback will help us to continually improve the facility and services offered to all our visitors. One of our projects for this year is to remodel the poultry area to provide a better experience for our customers. For the moment we can ensure you that the animals are looked into, in-depth and with regularity. We and the DOA regularly make unannounced inspections so we're confident the animals are being treated well. Please feel free to reach out to our Vendor Customer Relations Manager at elizabeth@tfe.com with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. Thanks again and we look forward to a new opportunity to change your opinion.

I guess our expectations were too high. We drive almost an hour out of our way because this was supposed to be one of the largest flea markets in the country. It is large. And it’s pretty clean. But it’s full of cheap stuff. Nothing else. Usually at flea markets you get a scattering if handmade items or antiques. This one did have a large pet section that sold just about everything from spiders, fish, ferrets, mini-pigs, and they probably had forty puppies. An outside area had chickens.
