Nice park on the Chattahoochee River. Parking lot was just resurfaced. Nice playground for the kids and huge pavilion on the edge of the river. Trail thru the trees along the bank of the Chattahoochee has a few openings to get down to the river's...More

Great place to hike some trails, go for a wade, and hang out on the cool banks of the river. Bring water shoes if your going to go in the river. Year round water temps in the 50s make it soooo very refreshing on a...More

Although they have been renovating this park for quite some time, it is still one of our favorites. Steps lead you to the river, where you can fish, wade, watch and stay cool in the summer. Very scenic and not many like it around. Picnic...More

We love this park. Great for walking along trails and taking in nature! Playground is currently under construction. Looking at plans however, will be better than ever.

There are several areas of this park that make excellent backdrops for pictures. The fountain, the small stream and especially the covered bridge. We enjoyed just walking around a nice quiet setting and throwing the football with my son. If you need an hour or...More

I like to kayak on the river. Sometimes I exit at the old bridge before the rapids. I have spent many hours at the park. It has a great playground and soccer fields.

It is a park so always take precautions and be on your guard. Best in daytime with lots of people around.
