My 13 year old son and I love this haunted house. Created in the old Playtex manufacturing facility, the haunt is huge and takes some time to get through. There are lots of jump scares and large scale monsters. The scare actors did an outstanding job. We went through the regular line on a Saturday night. We got there about 20 minutes prior to opening and got into the haunted about 20 minutes after opening which wasn’t a bad wait. We go to a lot of haunted houses and this one is well worth the ticket price.

13 Stories haunted house, one of many haunted houses in GA but one of the best in the area. Experience was great overall, from the minute you pull into the parking lot, there is crowd pleasers everywhere (Quit scary to some people), there is couple of food trucks and other vendors in the outside area, which is a nice touch to have while purchasing tickets or waiting for entry. Then comes the ticketing area, workers are friendly but it is one busy place so I would say being there 30 minutes early would be ideal specially on the weekends. The Haunted house itself, it have 3 different areas on the inside which is, the actual 13 stories part which have 24 different scenes, then you have Clown Haus, which is quit a nice walk around the different circus scenes, then you have the basement attraction which you have to find your way out from it. The attractions are quit nice and there is a lot of art that many people can appreciate so it is a different world to experience. Meant for all ages.

My family visited on the 1st weekend in November of 2015. We had a large group so we had to split it into two. Upon arriving we were told to wait against the wall since some of our group was getting the black ops and needed to stand in line for their guns. One of the men who was checking out the guns to people asked us to move over to another area. Since it was a bit loud we did not hear him at first. Instead of pretending to be civil this man said something smart and actually started arguing with us. Of course I had a few choice words for the disrespect. After our group received their guns we did enjoy going through the haunted parts. It was not that scary but it was enjoyable. The younger kids were really scared. I did enjoy the haunt just not the disrespectful employee that worked there. With that said we plan on doing another family outing around the Halloween time frame but it will not be here! Would have given 5 stars if not for the ignorant man-child!

I heard so much about this place that I had to go and see what it is all about. After my experience here, I would say it is not worth my time nor money. It's was scary enough and plus I was having a conversation with the scar-actors. Also my clothes was severally stain by the nasty rusty water and I didn't even signed a waiver. I wouldn't waste my time here again nor would I recommend this to haunted house enthusiast. If you are easily scared, then maybe it would work for you.

First off, the beginning of the haunt was fine. I paid for sacrifice so then my friends and i went there — which was terrible. I was thrown up against the wall, my friend was choked because he took off his blindfold, and i had a knot and bruise on my head from the force that was used. apparently, i was pushed against the wall for "taking off my blindfold" because i was panicking. nor did they let me out when i said i was done. The staff in sacrifice was too forceful and pushy. The friends who went with me, along with myself, will never come again. And i've told my other friends or to go either. i understand that they are going to be rude and bossy in there, but there's a limit and there's no reason for physical pain and panic attacks.

we went on the weekend of halloween and ended up standing in line for 2 hours in a line that was totally out of control. once we finally got in we stood in another line while in the actual scare house. there were no actors and i wasn’t even scared just being stepped on. TOTAL waste of money.

This is for 13 Stories, The Village: DON’T waste your time or money! This was by far the worst haunted attraction I’ve been to in Georgia! Worst part is we paid extra for a fast pass! Basically a walk in the dark! Not enough actors, sets, no storyline, nothing! It was like they collected all of the broken props and mechanical “monsters” from 13 sStories in Newnan and set them out (all 5 of them!) along the path! It was bad! Go visit Haunted Montrose or Paranoia Haunted House to learn how to do it right.

A group of 8 of us went. 3 teenage boys and 3 teenage girls and 2 parents. We went on a Saturday night at 730. They have 3 options with general admission, fast pass or VIP. We did VIP. VIP did not show up on our printed tickets but was on the phone conformation so we were able to scan and get started. It takes about 30 minutes which to me is fine. Not sure I would want it to be longer.
Everyone in our group really enjoyed it and we will definitely go back. The props were fun and the actors did a great job as well. All of the workers were nice as well. No pressure to do a review and actually did not even see any signs requesting reviews.
I can see where the general admission line may get long if you show up so I’d at least do fast pass. We had to slow down a few times as we got close to the end of another group but the tell you in advance to slow down if that happens. Also, the actors help to slow you down and guide you.
Great time and we will definitely return

OH My God , where to start this place is awesome, sacrifice was the best yea it’s scary and I loved it!!!!! If you want to be scared then this is your place if you just a good time with your family then this is the place, Want your girlfriend to hold on for dear life well now you have it fellas. Trust me this is your family fun experience give it a try and you won’t be disappointed . People with negative comments were just scared period!!!!!!! Try it you’ll love it ,

Loved it, everything wasn't open yet, but it was still amazining fun and tiring! A blast!!! Staff was very helpful and weapons were realistic as possible.

Do we need to sign a waiver for a general admission ticket?

The website FAQ says I should NOT approach the ticket booth in a mask. Why should I not wear a mask when approaching the ticket booth?
