Beautiful park. We camped and found that the person that designed the showers must have flunk designing class. The showers face the front getting everything you bring in wet and the shower heads cannot direct the water to yourself only. Someone needs to look into...More

We visited this park during the Labor Day weekend. There were lots of families picnicking. The hiking trails were well maintained. There were beautiful spiders on their webs overhead on the trails. Take time to enjoy the little things. Good for birdwatching as well.

The site is a few miles north of Millen, and is easy to find... it has camping and other outdoor activities, centering around the spring and stream that runs through the middle of the park. Our visit was to see the site of Camp Lawton,...More
