Georgia (mostly) craft beer store and bar.
Jun 2018 • Solo
Contrary to an earlier photo seen on Tripadvisor, this shop only had one type of canned or bottled beer for sale. They do have about 40 taps but only about half of these were operational yesterday. Nonetheless, they offered a nice selection of mostly Georgia craft beer for consumption in the store or to go in growlers. Good prices.

It was fun to visit the Craft Beer Factory - the options were varied, the people friendly, and the beers - well let's just say - Part Time!

The Ultimate Craft Beer Shop

This is not a bar. Maybe a reverse bar, if you like. Do not allow the small size of the room influence your impressiom. The selection of beer is simply awesome. The place is all about beer. On the tap and in the bottle. The only problem you might face here is the selection. Which one from the innumerable varieties and varied tastes offered?

It might be advantageous to do a bit of research at their website before you visit. The site gives details. The barman lets you have shot-glass of samples from your short list. But that's all you can drink in the place. Remember, it's a beer shop, not a bar.

Ultimately, if you select one from the tap, they fill it up in bottle, seal it and hand it over. Or simply select the bottles. You may buy as much as you like.

The Factory used to open a Cask every Thursday. The unpasteurised, barrel fermented dew must be a treat for the connesur. Unfortunately, it is not a regularl affair now,
because demand is low. It takes some talent to recognise and appreciate unique qalities. But you can phone up and find the date of next event.

So study, walk up, select, carry the bottle and enjoy at home. You may also carry a 5 gwllon keg with you and celebrate.
