The privacy, space, and being able to have a drink whilst enjoying the movie.
We arrived prior to main feature started, so of course low lighting. The seats were all laid as far back as they go, with leg rests raised. Having never being there before, didn’t have a clue how to raise, lower, or alter anything and of course no staff around.
Luckily a young lady came to our rescue, (my wife and l are both 71), but she said her and her partner had trouble as well.
Suggest the management leave seats in the upright position, for young and old.
The food is average, and slightly over priced.
Done properly, could become a fantastic experience, but definitely needs TWEAKING.

A NIGHT OUT
Nov 2020
We used a Gold Class Voucher given to us as a gift. This only covered the entry fee. Arriving early we were able to sit back & order a meal & drinks at leisure. Our shared platter of warm garlic bread, 3 kinds of meat & cheeses, crackers & salad was excellent & of good quality. The only exception was the very tired salad. Staff were excellent & helpful.

Nice gold lounge. Food is solid but pricey (same as any gold class). Chairs are super comfy and wide. Only gripe is that the soft drink in my bevy mixer (dark and stormy) was flat. Other than this was a good night out. Tip: bring a jacket - air con can get cool in the warmer months after 2 hours in your seat.

My local Cinema
May 2019 • Couples
I like this Cinema and attend pretty regularly to gold class.
The cinema itself is always clean and staff are always friendly and attentive.
The last couple of times I have had food here it has been pretty average.
From soggy chips to cardboard pizza's but also you do sometimes get some nice food but it is quite expensive for average.

But I do highly recommend the actual cinema but i would suggest eating before after in one of the restaurants if going to gold class

FAMILY NIGHT OUT AT THE FLICKS!
Apr 2019 • Family
We all went to see the family film ‘Dumbo’. Age range 11 years to late 60s. The youngest and the eldest shed a tear! A very spacious and clean cinema with plenty of treats to eat and drink if required.

Good Cinema

Grand Cinema Currambine has good facilities and decent seats. Food is overpriced, but that is usual for the movies nowadays.

Currambine Gold Class experience
Mar 2019 • Couples
Had a lovely experience at Currambine Gold Class Cinemas, very spacious and clean environment. My partner and I ordered food and drink to enjoy while watching our movie. We ordered the Asian platter which was nice, wedges which were also very nice and crispy, as well as the meat lovers pizza which wasn’t very nice at all. The pizza ($20) tasted and looked like a package pizza that you’d pull from the freezer, very disappointing and something you definitely shouldn’t be paying $20 for.
Aside from that we had a very nice night.

EXCELLENT
Feb 2019 • Couples
Just visited tonight to watch The Mule.
Ticket staff were efficient and friendly.
The young lady who made me a coffee was also smiling and chatty. Service was good.
We were greeted by a lovely young girl who ripped our tickets and told to 'Enjoy our movie'.
Lovely staff and very nice theatre complex.

Nice little cinema
Jan 2019 • Family
My son and I watched Transformers at Grand Cinemas in Joondalup. The overall experience was good and I liked at the start of the movie they gave you the family history of where it all started. Cinema was a little run down and is expensive if you don't go on a Tuesday.
