Such a great morning with the family and Captain Eric! He was so personable, knowledgeable about the island, funny and a great guide! We had some bites with trout, pig fish, croakers, shark and an odd stingray! A great little family fishing trip with an awesome, down home captain. Loved supporting a great local! Really enjoyed and will be back!

Captain Eric Moody is the absolute BEST! My husband, son (12), and I chose the 3 hour sightseeing tour as some extra fun during our summer vacation! Captain Moody was so welcoming and so informative of the animals, islands, and history about Jekyll and surrounding islands! We were able to see too many dolphins to count, a wild horse, wild hogs, a gator, and two manatees!! He said we hit the wildlife JACKPOT! You can tell that Captain Moody absolutely loves sharing the islands and nature with others! Thank you so much Captain Moody! Hoping to make this a family vacation tradition! Much love from North Alabama!

Our family of five ranging from 4-44 had an amazing time. Captain Eric was the best and provided us with a memory we will not forget. He was very knowledgeable of the area and catered to our every need. We saw 30-40 dolphins, multiple wild horses and every kid caught a fish. Thank you for the adventure.

I was looking at taking my partner on a sea fishing trip as it's something she's always wanted to do. Of course, in doing so, I wanted her to catch fish and have a blast doing it. In my search I came across Captain Eric Moody and Coastal Expeditions. Captain Eric was immediately very responsive to my inquiry and very personable to work with. Captain Eric gave me a great rate and was definitely a man of his word. Our trip was the 3rd week of August. We took a 3 hour dolphin sightseeing/fishing trip. Instantly we saw dolphins and then he put us right on the fish!!! After we got to his first fishing spot, we hit fish immediately! We were so excited, we got Whiting, Saltwater Catfish, Spotted Trout, and 2 types of sharks (Atlantic Sharp Nose and Bonnet Head). One of my favorite things about Captain Eric is he really knows Jekyll Island and the waters. He's very informed and conscious of environment and the keeping Jekyll Island preserved. We are already planning to go back out with Captain Eric on our next trip to the Island. We had an absolute blast and we got everything out of the trip we wanted and more!!! It was amazing!!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that wanted to learn more about JI and land right on the fish!!! Captain Eric is your guy!

Eric is a great guide. We, our family of 5, went fishing for 4 Hrs. He was born and raised in the area and is knowledgeable on where to fish for what. He also knows the local history and has great stories to share. Good with kids and even the teens. Everyone got into the action and left with a smile. Thanks, Eric for a great day on the water.
