Been in Hinesville,GA, since 2004. Home of the Free, because of The Brave. The town is small compare to other military neighborhoods, but we are growing little by little. One thing for sure, We look after each other and We support each other in a time of crises and disasters. For those who pay attention to details, the K-9 dog... More

This is the cleanest room I have ever stayed in at the on-base hotel and the bowling alley was great family fun. The continental breakfast was good too.

By far the best installation I have ever served at. The MWR services are great, as well as the camping area at Holbrook Pond.

If you are a civilian, you can enter the gates and let them know that you're going to the treehouse. It is an indoor play facility that includes about three stories of climbing structures, slides, playground and a air-conditioned space to sit in for parents. There's also a rollerskating rink next door as well as a climbing wall. Lots to... More

Came to visit a solider and was able to take in a lot of beautiful scenery. It is a small base but has many places to walk and take in some history. I love that it is close to Savannah! Very quiet, and secure. Felt very safe! Hehe

I've been to many military bases because of being in the military and this one is no different. Military bases are pretty quiet especially when they have a training garrison there. The 3rd Infantry Division is here. There's not much to do as far as it being an attraction. The museum is under renovations so can't visit that. There's the... More

Was stationed here for three years. Kids enjoyed the area and I had two of them born right here on base. Local area around Fort Stewart has shopping and places to eat right outside the gate. If you want amusement parks and outdoor adventures than you might have to travel to Savannah Ga. This base is perfectly located only 90... More
