Rude and throw their politics at you for no reason. I called to ask if reservations were required for mini-golf, and then asked if I can pay outside or need to go indoors. Male employee on the phone apparently took this as an invitation to show some attitude and responded (I'm quoting him near verbatim): "If you're worried about this social distancing stuff, you may not wanna come here, people don't wear masks. I don't wear a mask either if that's what you're wondering about." Rather than answer my straightforward question ("yes, you can / no, you can't pay outside, need to enter indoors" + "Btw, masks are not required" or whatever), he made it clear I wasn't welcome, perhaps also because I speak with a foreign accent? Making foreigners feels unwelcome is kind of funny from a place that pretends to be in another country.

First time back after new ownership. Courses are the same, semi difficult. Only downside is the lack of shade. Advise if you go during the summer months, either go early in the morning or late in the evening, after the sun is down, if they remain open that late. Courses seem to be in decent shape. No major tears or holes. We played the Helen course and it was fun, challenging. It was also less crowded at the time. The other course had a large party that was pretty loud. Seems to be less games in the arcade, but we did enjoy the air hockey table. The person working the front was nice.

It was a fun experience! I highly recommend you to play both courses. You can also see Helen from the top. The owner is funny and friendly, and you have the opportunity to be welcomed by a dog named Romeu. You can even pet him!!! We will be back for sure

My wife and I went on a day trip to Helen and we stopped by to try this course out. The course seemed to be taken care of and was nicely laid out. There are two different 18 hole courses but due to the August Georgia heat we only played one of them. After we played golf we played some air hockey in the arcade and talked to the owner who was very nice and he thanked us for dropping by. We will definitely be back to play this mini golf with our son on our next trip to Helen.

It is like you are being welcomed to the owners home and invited to stay and enjoy yourself. The two courses are very nice. Like playing in a manicured outdoor garden. Super interesting holes to play. The owners made sure that we understood the ins and outs about the course and loved telling us about everything that was available to us while we were there. We were 100% happy with our visit. The views of Helen were fantastic from this venue. I live 5 minutes away, and plan to bring friends and family as often as we can.

Also, you have to stop by pet Romeo, the owners sweet pup. We were sad to learn that Juliet had recently passed. You can see them on the website video.

Took the family to play mini golf in Helen. This course had the best deals, we went on Wednesday and it was not crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, walked us out to the course and explained the courses and made recommendations. Had a great time.

My wife and I really enjoy playing mini golf. This course does not disappoint. It had been raining for a couple of days (and the night before) but the course was in very good condition. The owner was there and said they squeegee the course when it rains. They do a great job.

The only disappointment is that they have two 18 hole courses. but due to the rain only one was playable. Can't do anything abut mother nature. Just gives us a reason to go back.

Fun and challenging course.

OK , this was average at best .
The place really really needs a "sprucing" up .
The "greens" needed replacing , they look like they had been for decades . there were benchs in disrepair while I assume owners were sitting inside doing nothing .
Worn & Weathered would be the proper adjectives for this place . We passed Alpine Golf and they were much busier and now I know why .

I was not excited when the family wanted to do mini golf, but we had so much fun that we went back again that afternoon. Both courses are very well kept and clean. Very well designed. I didn’t know mini golf could be fun. I would definitely go back again.

Clean course. Challenging yet fun. Have choice of 2 different 18 hole courses to choose from. Run by a local owner who was very friendly and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied with this experience. We played miniature golf at another franchise owned golf course in Helen the previous night. The Bavarian Mountain Golf course was so much cleaner and better maintained than the franchise owned place. And it was cheaper than the franchise. Staff was more accommodating here also. We will definitely return to Bavarian Mountain Miniature Golf Course on our next visit there. One tip: Do take advantage of the free mosquito spray which is provided at the desk for you prior to playing golf. Mosquitos are abundant at both golf courses, but at least this one does provide free mosquito spray
