We visited this park after hiking to the Anna Ruby Falls. It's a beautiful park, although we got quite turned around in it. The little visitor's center is adorable but very high priced. Moreso than other State Parks we've visited. Their play ground for kids is decent and well kept. After about 30 minutes the boys were ready to go,... More

During the Christmas holidays, we traveled to Helen, GA and rented a two BR, two BA cabin near Smith Creek in the park. Our cabin was great and we would definitely consider staying there again, if back in that area. Some of our family was able to get a spot in the Unicoi campground, and were not far from us.... More

This is a beautiful park! There are many hiking options and the trails are well maintained. I did not do the zip line but the people in the cabin next to me did it and they said it was a lot of fun.

We enjoyed the lake views and mountain views! It is definitely worth the extra money to see Anna Ruby Falls! It was very busy so go early!

Easy, moderate and hard trails – everything needed to accommodate a family with different abilities. Beautiful lake that you can walk around or even fish in. Many, many things to do at this park!

This was a nice place to stay foe a trip to Helen, Ga. The room had a beautiful woodsy view. The room had comfortable beds. They also provided two bottles of water. They had a nice place to play and great access to woodsy hikes.

We went today to see this park its so beautiful. The lake is gorgeous and so serene. Peaceful . The lodge is great, they have cute little cabins to rent and close to Downtown Helen.

We're here for the first time but plan to make this a place we enjoy for years! It's well maintained with a beautiful Lodge and restaurant, many lovely cabins of different styles, picnic areas, beach, playground, various campgrounds and pad camping area, hiking trails.... It's affordable, family friendly. Check the pet policy on their website. This park also leads to... More

The pricing in good on this lodge compared to other hotels in the area. The location is quiet and the scene is lovely. My complaints are the restaurant. Very pricey even for kids. There isn't a rate for younger children that don't eat 20$ worth of a buffet. The room are comfortable but if you get a loft with three... More

We really enjoyed the time we spent at the Unicoi State Park! They were decorating for Christmas and everything looked so joyful. The people were very nice and helpful and the food was excellent! If you are in the area, this must be a destination, you will enjoy!
