This was my first time here, and my first time picking apples. The first thing I'll suggest is to start earlier, we got there at 2 and simply ran out of time. My 2 year old loved picking the apples. The 2 orchards are quite...More

I come every year and am never disappointed. Love picking our own apples and getting all of the amazing food at the store. The petting zoo animals are always adorable, too!

I have been coming to Reece Apple House since I was a kid back in the 70s. It is, in my opinion, the best apple orchard in the Ellijay area. Super friendly people, beautiful apples, produce, and jams/pickles, and the best fried pies around. It...More

Our family stopped here to pick apples and we all had a blast. The petting zoo was fun and the apples were plentiful. I'm not crazy about having to pay for each of the stops like an extra fee for the petting zoo and then...More

They have great fruits, vegetables and apples in season, along with fried pies and canned items. You can get lunch there, too. Worth the stop!!!

No, they are not cheaper. When the public is allowed into the orchard to pick their own, there is more waste than if we pick them. You are paying for your apples, but also for a unique experience. Hope this helps!
