This place is amazing. The service is top notch and they know how to treat their customers. We felt like we were part of the family there. Beautiful grounds and scenery. Love it. A must stop for anyone looking for great wine and atmosphere.

This review is soley based on first impression and not the wine. Unfortunately we were in the area and decided to stop in, but they were closed. The employee inside was very rude towards my wife and felt we should have known they were closed. First impressions are important for return business, hopefully it was just a bad day. But we met a very friendly women outside who directed us to a very nice winery just down the road (Cartecay) which we purchased several nice wines from. Again, we did not have a chance to sample their wines, but this review is based on our stop today. I'd still recommend if you like wine to stop and decide for yourself. Hopefully your experience will be better then ours.

Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and great wine. The staff was very nice and welcoming during our visit. I tried a few different wines and they were all very good. The atmosphere was relaxing and we had a wonderful time.

I put up a bunch more photos. What I did not realize from previous reviews is the ambiance offered and it stacks up in the world of social distancing. First of all, there are a LOT of areas to hang out socially distant. There is the inside tasting room, 5 tastes for $8, offered on weekends, not much mask wearing, but you can if you want. Second there is a covered area next to the tasting room that was very open. Third is the outdoor table/chairs that are adjacent to the building, Next there is another set of table/chairs before the lawn. Lastly there is a bunch of seating in the yard, close to the live music. Almost forgot a giant patio with nothing yet, but much room to expand. There was a food truck outside for eats. They also had covers for the food, see pics, to deter the flies. Really fun place, great owners, check it out....

Ott Family Farms and Vinyard is a wonderful small town farm and winery in North Georgia that overlooks the Appalachian Mountains. The staff are professional and friendly and offer a great wine tasting experience. They offer live music, food trucks, hors d'oeuvre, and an assortment of wine-themed merchandise and jams. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and homey. The main building is a log cabin themed and is rather cozy and welcoming. The wines are delicious ( I recommend the Summer Peach Wine) and the back of the building offer picturesque views of the Vinyard and mountains. I would recommend visiting at least once if you get the chance! If you do visit, make sure you ask for Kelly! :) My only concerns or remarks are that they have a limited wine selection and the time I visited (July, 2020) they didn’t follow COVID-19 regulations in regards to social distancing standards and wearing of face masks within the main building. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience!
