- AwesomeladyUS670 contributionsBackground of entertainers were awesome. Nice effectSaw Andrea Bocelli, Pia Toscano, symphony orch. others and sat on floor level F front room. Great view. Seats on side looked more comfortable and they were raised up so perhaps could see just as well for less money. Andrea had throat problems but you couldn't tell it other than he sang less the usual. Nonetheless, the other singers and fluest were very good. Elevator for handicap made it much easier to get to parking closeby and we went out the back way so no traffic at all. It is not an easy walk for those getting dropped off by taxi or uber as that drop off is way at the beginning of the entrance. Still some of the parking decks have a ways to go. They should have a train type of transportation for elderly, etc. especially during cold wet weather. Sound was good. People friendly. Most didn't get up during 20 min intermession having heard of the very expensive drink/food prices so they brought their own. Husband who did buy $5 sm. water waited behind 30 people and there were only 3 stands set up to serve. Hate to see if more people wanted service. It took him the full 20 minutes to get it.Visited February 2020Written February 14, 2020
- DH ButlerDallas, Georgia73 contributionsGood Venue for HockeyOverall, a good venue for minor league hockey. We attended a match today, and the game was great. Seating had ample room. Seats had a great view of the action for the money. The stands appeared to be roughly 33% full. The reason I give it a four instead of a five is that it took forever to get out after the game, with only about a third capacity. I can not imagine a sold out event. We literally sat in line (in our car) without moving for 15 minutes. We would have sat longer if my wife had not followed a security vehicle hoping for an alternate escape route. She found it. Traffic control needs to be improved after events.Visited January 2020Written January 20, 2020
- Jerry MYukon, Oklahoma2,912 contributionsHappy 65 BirthdayIt was an excellent venue you to have a 65th party. We had about 28 people attend and 20 of them had never been to a hockey game in their life. The staff Josh Packard helped out so much on getting this group organized. The group rate for the tickets was outstanding also. We would return again.Visited January 2020Traveled with friendsWritten January 18, 2020

Back then, you were able to park for free and didn’t have as many annoying restrictions. Now you have to pay for parking on top of the expensive tickets that you sometime have to buy a minimum of 4. My wife had a small purse where she had her feminine products and she was turned around because it wasn’t clear. The people working the parking lots are rude and like yelling at people.Visited April 2022Traveled with familyWritten April 24, 2022

Upon arrival of course there was a long line of vehicles trying to get in, we expected that. No worries at all, they had people out directing traffic. Went very smooth. At the entrance there was tons of lines and we just walked up and was in a snap of a finger. We found our seats with no problem. We had great seats. We could see things very clearly from the 2nd row on the bleachers. I think any seat would be a good seat at this venue. We really enjoyed the show. The bathroom line wasn't that bad either considering it was basically an all girls event. I would go to another event here!Visited October 2021Written November 1, 2021

- Birdsong777Waleska, Georgia125 contributionsNever AgainLast night we went to see TSO at Infinite Energy Center. It's taken me this long to calm down, and thaw out enough to write this review objectively. We arrived by Uber and were dropped off in front of the venue at the front entrance. It was very close to the screening and we were glad for that as the weather was terrible. The temperarure was hovering in the high 30s, windy, cold and steadily raining. We did not bring an umbrealla as we were taking Uber and would be dropped off close to the entrance. We got through the screening point very quickly and into the venue very quickly. It was very, very nice. We really enjoyed the hot pretzels, nuts and wine slushies. It was also a very nice amount of food and beverage vendors with reasonable lines. The venue itself was great. We had floor seats and it was an awesome show. We had a conversation as we were walking out about checking their schedule for future shows as we had such a great experience. That however is where the great experience ended and went terribly bad. We called Uber for our pick up and they were about 8 minutes away. We decided to stand right inside the front door where we could see the drop off point where we were original let out. As we were standing there a young lady asked us if we were waiting for uber and we said yes, she informed us the new pick up point for Uber was outside, down the sidewalk, past the parking garage and in the middle of parking lot A. Also stating, "we need to get everyone out so the crew can clean and prepare for the next show". Keep in mind by this point the temperature was 36 degrees, windy and raining. We began walking out the door and down the sidewalk. There were no signs directing us where to go and we had no idea where we were going. We asked an officer who was directing traffic and he pointed to a pole in the middle of an empty parking lot with a small sign that said "A3". So, we walked with several others to the middle of the parking lot, and there we stood, in the 36 degree weather, wind and rain for 45 minutes. FOURTY FIVE MINUTES, OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN AND WIND. It seems that since there was a second show, they wanted to let the cars out of the parking lot first, so they weren't allowing any Ubers, cabs or lyft's to pick up anyone until the others had left. So there we stood. There was an elderly couple with us who was also waiting for Uber but their phone died as they were waiting for well over an hour. They were huddle up against the parking garage with no cover but at least the building was blocking the wind a bit. So we went and stood with them and waited. We offered for them to share our uber and when our driver was finally allowed entrance, readily agreed to take them to their destination as well. By the time we got to dinner, we were thoroughly soaked, still trembling and freezing cold. Infinite Energy Center, I cannot believe you allowed and directed your guests to wait over an hour outside, in the middle of a parking lot in 36 degree temperatures in wind and rain. This was beyond horribly mismanaged and I find it completely reprehensible you would treat patrons of your venue in this manner. Surely there was a better way to handle this situation than that.Visited December 2018Traveled as a coupleWritten March 19, 2019

I have been to the arena many times over the years to attend various events. Recently I wanted to buy tickets for an upcoming event, so I went to the arena web site. It was strange to me that all the lower cost seating for this particular event seemed to be sold out. I have attended this particular event in the past and it simply does not draw large crowds in this area. At best, the place is maybe 1/3 capacity. Then I began searching around on the internet and I found around ten different websites that are selling tickets… but these are not being sold on behalf of the arena; these are being sold by “ticket owners”. So it appears that the arena is selling large blocks of tickets to people who are then doubling the price and putting them for sale on these other sites.
The arena’s own site seems to have issues too. When I put in that I wanted 2 tickets at the low price range, the screen would come back and say none unavailable. When I put in one ticket, it would show me an available ticket. When I put in three tickets, again it would come back and show me available tickets. So I can buy 1 or 3 but not 2. WTH?? Of course it would also add in a couple of extra fees, a “service fee” and a “handling” fee for an electronic ticket that I have to print on my own printer.
So after a bit of frustration, I just went to the box office, where I was able to purchase two tickets at the low price and there was no service fee or handling fee. On what planet do these extra fees for electronic tickets make sense? In my personal visit I have to interact with a human employee. An electronic transaction requires no such interaction, yet it costs more. Why??
Now the reason I am down on this arena is that it was built with my tax dollars. It is owned by the county government. As a citizen of this county for many years, my money has been taken from me and spent on this facility and now it is being used to try to rip me off.
Three of my kids had their high school graduations here. Of course they don’t charge to attend the graduations but I did see things that really irritated me. I saw where they would not let parents attending graduation bring in a drink that they had purchased locally at a gas station (on a very hot day), yet as soon as they are inside, they can purchase a drink at the concessions for about 8 times the fair price.
Now again this is a public facility, owned by the citizens of this county.. and it is the county school board that has arranged to have the graduations there.
The folks who run the arena have apparently forgotten who owns the place. In the early days it was a nice facility. Now it is a ripoff. The concession prices are higher even that a movie theater.

I almost gave this venue 4/5 because drinks were expensive, but the free parking is enough to sway anyone to give that extra point. I traveled from Macon Georgia for a large concert. I was worried about the I-85 traffic since the fire shut it down, but you will have no problems going I-75 to I-285 to I-85 to get here. It is right off the interstate, and there is a large parking lot with FREEEEEEE PARKINGGGGG!!! I didn't wait in line for more than 7 or 8 minutes to get into the lot, meaning they had a good handle on the concert traffic. The place is exceptionally clean, with excellent bathrooms, and plenty of them. I didn't wait in line for the bathroom once (concert-going-girls: you know how big of a deal this is). The drinks are a bit pricey, but hey so is any drink from a concert at any venue. I got a double cranberry and vodka for $18. I had no trouble getting to and from my seat. It is set up like any other large stadium: circular seats on the 100 level, 200 level seat above that, and then the floor. It is now one of my favorite places to attend a concert in Atlanta!

Very crowded venue, but this was before COVID. They have plenty of food vendors, but quite expensive for a burger or beer. The seats are comfortable and offer a great view.

I have seats to a concert. Floor 1.... Row A..... seats 3-5. Is that toward the middle of the stage or the end of the the stage?
Thanks for your help.

All I can say is to look at the posted seating chart for the event. That is how we pick tickets for events we want to see.. Easiest and surest way to make sure. Generally those seats would be to the right side with the row starting with seat 1, yours would be the 2nd & 3rd seats in.

I am attending a concert here at the Infinite Energy and my question is if the assigned floor seats (back part of the floor space) are good for people that are short? Is the stage elevated enough to see well? Thanks!
Wolfgang S
Duluth, GA366 contributions
It depends on the artist and how elaborate the stage show is. Based the the concerts I have seen, you should be fine.
We try to by seats in section 102 to 121 as they seem more comfortable (but I can be mistaken)and guaranteed a good view to the stage.

Can someone tell me about parking for this arena, I'm sorry to bother anyone, but, I'be never been to a show here before, thanks for your time and trouble.

In order to avoid the long row of cars leaving , we always park across the street in the Kroger parking lot near the Kroger gas station.its a short walk to the arena but saves lots of time after the event .
Luciano’s Italian restaurant is right there as well fir a good dinner before the event.
I want to purchase tickets for a concert in January. I am not able to walk up many steps, so which area would be the best place to sit?
Jan B
Cumming, GA392 contributions
Best to call the arena for more definite information as to where to minimize the steps. I'm not that familiar with that arena to tell you where to sit. You might ask them about handicap seating.
