Our family loves this mall! When our power went out one time, we came to Arbor Place Mall we enjoyed it's nice air conditioning and had a good time! Soon after it was built, I remember going with my Mom and Grandmother. We thought it was a nice mall, and we were glad to finally have a nearby mall. The food court has a nice selection of good eats that we frequent regularly. We love this mall, and hope it is here for years to come!

Arbor place is a decent mall with a Dillard’s, Belks’s, Macy’s, sears and jcPenney’s. There are better selections at the other malls in Atlanta but it serves its purpose if I’m in a bind. It’s rare that i actually find anything there. The food court has good options and parking is never an issue.

I’ll adress some of the other reviews that make arbor Place seem like a scary place. I find the mall to be diverse. Unfortunately, some people are immediately fearful of people that don’t look like them/black people. These fears by the way are irrational. The comparison to greenbriar (a place i avoid) would be hilarious If it weren’t so based in prejudices.

I have always felt safe at Arbor Place, i have never seen anyone argue let alone fight, i have never witnessed teens being unruly. And i visit the mall at least 3 or 4 times a month. I find it to be clean and overall a decent place to shop in douglasville.

Like most malls, the rents are high, the crime is high, the parking lot is full of car burglars and stores are beginning to close. Most of the locals say that the mall brought the downfall of the town. It's an attractive nuisance that attracts crime. Nice to have a Bed Bath & Beyond, though..

Mall was great 2000-2013. Then started going downhill after the owners got rid of security that actually did a good job. 2020 there really isn't any security. 2 anchor stores are gone and many nice stores too. The mall is now 80% urban catering to urban. Theatre closed too. All 18 screens which was only reason I would go and also shop. Place is 1 leg in the grave... Sad...

This mall has really gone down hill over the last few years. Stores are closing and a few of the chain stores have moved out for other stores that cater to the urban crowd. The mall had to implement a "curfew" a few years ago for kids. Parking is a nightmare.

The security at Arbor Place mall are horrible they do not know how to speak with parents nor do they know how to speak with the teenagers. I have been insulted in my face by saying that my child is just like me up on meeting me in they have no idea who I am.

They will not let you get a word in age wise they insult your children they even threatened to put their hands on your children and then call you a bad parent to your face.

I just moved to DOUGLASVILLE and as far as I am concerned the security is horrible they need to learn how to deal with people.

They also need to learn how to stop accusing people of doing things they have not seen them do. The mall looks great and it's a great place to go but as far as the security officers bad taste really really bad whoever the company is who hire them need to reevaluate their security officers because the security officers are rude and they are not professional.

This Mall is one of many on the outskirts of Atlanta. It is a quality mall with ample inside shops, walking areas, a food court that offers some of the latest and greatest food types. In addition to the mall offering all types of shopping, the Arbor Mall Theatre offers 16 theatres. What's great is good lighting at night and I feel the security there does a good job to control unruly kids. There's a curfew for kids they have to be accompanies by an adult after 9 PM. I like this place.

If you need quick item worth saving the gas. If not I would choose another location. This mall does not have the best selections, and the ones they do have seem to be geared to only certain clientele

To me, if it is not an indoor mall, it isn't a mall. Very few of these remain, and as malls go, Arbor Place remains one of the best family oriented malls. Growing up in Macon, I saw that mall ruin by parents dropping kids off and leaving the mall to "babysit" them. Families quit going after dark because of kids cussing, gathering around entrances, etc. Because of the curfew, Arbor Place has been able to curtail this and most people feel comfortable visiting at anytime. (of course there will always be naysayers that will disagree and will visit other area shopping areas with a much higher crime rate, but choose to ignore it).

Maybe not a reason to visit a mall, but Arbor Place has one of the best Food Courts of any mall. Plenty of variety and except at peak times, plenty of tables that are kept clean.

With bankruptcy, one of the mall's largest anchor store has left (Sears) leaving many worried about the future of the mall (small stores come and go and Arbor Place has a high occupancy compared to other malls in the State. But replacing a major anchor will be hard.

Arbor Place Mall draws shoppers from all over west GA and east AL. And friends and family from those areas give the mall thumbs up. And I agree with them.

Arbor Place Mall is a great family mall. Not over crowded with people and it has a lot of the popular stores. I love the indoor playground.
