A comfortable, cosy home beautifully interiored by Carl Larsson's wife Karin using Swedish materials and style from Dalacarnie (Dalarna in Swedish). One cannot go to Dalarna and not visit Carl Larsson House and also his museum.

I've been wanting to visit the Larssons' house for ages - and it was well worth the wait. The house is stunning and Caroline, our guide, was excellent - as was her English. Larsson is probably Sweden's best known artist and his work is beautiful....More

I'm afraid I have no idea. We went on a tour which was mainly in swedish but the woman translated lots of it for us plus there is an english language guide book.

You can visit and walk around in parts of the garden without being on a tour, but you must follow a tour to be allowed entrance to the house.
