The studio is deceptively large once you're inside and cooler than you would think for someplace that has an oven that keeps glass in liquid form all day. Danielle was very nice to our group of four. She was thorough in describing how we would handle all of the equipment and how we wouldn't for our own safety. The experience was wonderful and I'm so in love with my first blown piece, I'm absolutely going to go back and make something else. If you're interested in something different to do as a team building experience or girls group or even a different date experience, go see Danielle and the team at Atlanta Hot Glass.

My husband and I took a glassblowing class with another couple and it was awesome! Danielle was our instructor, and she's great. I was super nervous about burning my hand off, and she helped me chill. We each got to make a paper weight or an ornament. it was a very cool and unique experience, great for a date night, birthday, or just trying something new around town.

My husband and I met up with friends we hadn't see in years for a fun day date with Atlanta Hot Glass. They've moved locations- now near Chamblee. Our class made paperweights, either heart shaped or round. The process is really interesting! If you're looking for something unique to do, you've found it!

If you're at all interested in or intrigued by working with hot glass, you've got to try it. I did a "date night" class with my mom and my sister and it was such a unique experience! None of us have ever tried it before, but we were able to make 4 pieces total. Plus our instructor was a great teacher. She broke down the whole process for us and helped us with the more dangerous parts, i.e. handling the 2,000 degree kiln. Overall, 10/10 would do it again!

We had a class with Sally and she was awesome! This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Atlanta and we were could say we made the best souvenier! Sally did a great job explaining everything and giving us plenty of time to pick colors and plan our creations. She also made a great recommendation for the OK Cafe- which we really enjoyed as well. Thank you Sally! I also wanted to note that Danielle was super helpful to arrange a time to pick up or glass before we left town.
