Awesome adventure with the grandson! The guides were professional, friendly, and put everyone at ease. We had a group ranging in age from 10 to over 60 and no one chickened out. In fact, almost every one in our beginner group were opting at the end of the session to progress on to the intermediate lines. Would do this again in a minute. Highly recommend.

Shout out to our guides Cheyenne and Thomas. They made our experience really fun. They also focused on safety the entire time which was nice to see.
We did levels 1 & 2 which took a little over 2 hours to complete due to the size of the group we were matched with.
Level 1 is great for those who have never zip lined as it is less difficult. Level 2 was more challenging. Each of those zip lines were really fast and fun! We wish we had booked level 3 as those zip lines seem to be more thrilling.
The only area for improvement I would suggest is making the platforms in level 1 and a few in level 2 larger to accommodate the entire group. I didn’t like being crowded on a high platform like that with several other people having to shift around multiple times to allow space for everyone to get on before moving on to the next zip line. A few reviews say the group size was too large. Our tour was sold out and I didn’t feel that the group size was too large at all. It was that the platforms were too small. The time to convert from one person to the next was very minimal.
They even take pictures of you and provide them free of charge via email after the zip line. That was a very nice touch. Other places charge lots of $$ for those. I thought this was a very nice added touch to the service.

Ben and Celia, hopefully I spelt her name correctly, we’re hands down the ABSOLUTE best! We were all scared at first, this being our first time zip lining and most of us were terrified heights, in fact we tried backing out on platform one. Celia did a fabulous job of encouraging and reassuring us that we would truly enjoy the experience. Eventually she convinced us to go and Ben was there with a smile and a joke to greet us at platform 2. Once we finished level 1 we planned on letting just the kids continue on to level 2, and Celia was there again with encouraging words and positivity. She once again convinced us to continue on and we could not be more grateful as it was truly the most remarkable sights we have ever seen. Ben and Celia truly made it an incredibly fun experience and we are so grateful for them.
The only negative remark we can make is not towards our guides, but the amount of people in each group. The platforms are tiny, we had 8 plus our two guides and it was TIGHT! Two people did not continue on to level 2, so it really open up space and felt much more comfortable with our group of 6 and the guides.
Thank you again to our absolutely amazing tour guides. Our experience would not have been the same with out y’all!

My group had a 10am reservation last Friday. At 10am an employee told us that no managers showed up and that another employee didn't show up as well. The manager that didn't show up was the one that had the key to the gear shed, preventing us from accessing the gear needed to go on the zipline tour. We were told that the manager is a young guy that had a late night at the bar the night before, preventing him from coming to work. We were told that another manager, who wasn't scheduled to work that day, was en route because the original manager was not coming. That manager arrived nearly an hour and a half after our reservation was supposed to start. In the meantime, one of the 3 employees that actually showed up to work, quit on the spot and drove away before the manager even came. The two remaining employees, who were both embarrassed and frustrated with their company and management, were very sweet and did the best they could with the situation they were left to deal with by their lack of a manager. They both explained that the management has been poor for awhile and that they were both quitting after our zipline tour was completed. All other reservations for the day were cancelled and there were additional frustrated and disappointed patrons in the lobby area. Big let down. Hopefully corporate takes a serious look at the management of this location. Absolutely no way to treat the two loyal employees that showed up on time and stayed.

The staff at check in were not friendly. They lumped our group of 6 together with 5-6 more customers which created very long wait times for each zipline and crowded platforms. The level 1 is a joke and only goes over the parking lot. We have Ziplines many times and this was our least favorite- we would not do it again.

The views were stunning and several of the zip lines were over 1000 feet long. They use a good fail safe clip system. We would’ve given this 5 stars if the gloves provided had been more robust. We have been ziplining before and have used gloves that are specifically designed for braking and controlling your direction. Also, while the guides were wearing masks, as participants, we were not aware that we would be on platforms with others only inches apart. At that point, we could not keep social distances nor retrieve our masks. Our guides were very friendly but only seemed to be familiar with this Zipline course. Fixing these details would definitely earn them a 5 star rating next time.

It was 30 degrees, but it felt like 20, and it was awesome!! So much fun. Our tour guides Trip and Max were patient and hilarious! They really helped us all forget how cold it was with their great attitudes and good humor. Highly recommend this adventure.

We made a day trip to Amicalola State Park to visit the incredible water fall at the park. It's THE BEST water fall in Georgia, hands down. Get ready for some exercising walking down and up those stairs at the water fall. Park your car at the top of the water fall and walk down. Great views from the top. Definitely worth the road trip. Then we went on the Amicalola Zipline and Aerial Adventure for the afternoon. Good Times and Great Memories with my son for his Birthday!!!

My husband and I had an amazing time! We did all three levels, and since we were the only two people in that morning's time slot, we were able to complete the entire course within 2 hours. Our guides, Wells and Ben, were awesome. They were very informative, helpful and fun to be with. They took pictures of us doing the course and emailed them to us at no charge. To me, the very best zip line was Ralph, at the end of level 3. It's about 2,000 feet long and gliding along it made me feel like I was flying through the Blue Ridge Mountains. The views from that height are spectacular. My husband and I plan on returning and taking the same course in the fall when the leaves have changed color. Thank you Screaming Eagle Aerial Adventures for helping us create lasting memories.

We and my boyfriend visited here this past weekend and did the level 3 zip line tour. It was very fun and we enjoyed it very much. Morgan and Elizabeth were our guides and they were very friendly and helpful. There were several people who had never zip lined in the group we were in and they helped walk them through everything. I would suggest level 2 or 3 for anyone who is not a novice. Level 1 I would say is for beginners and an introduction to how to zip line. All 3 levels took about 3 hours to complete. There are several zip lines and several bridges. The last zip line is half a mile long and has some incredible views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

Does this zip line go over any waterfalls and rivers? What else do you see besides tree tops?

None of the tours at Amicalola Falls go over the water. If you want a zip line tour that does, check out the Helen location at Unicoi State Park.
