We brought our 4 year old son here to see the trout. It did not disappoint. The holding pens are massive and are easy to navigate. Be sure to pick up a map of the grounds along with a map of the surrounding Chattahooche. If...More

As a hatchery goes, this is a good one. Clean, great short trails for exploring nature with little ones. Staff was friendly. We had hoped to go fishing, but the pond was full of little green pods. Might visit it again during a cooler season.

The fishing pond has been changed to a wildlife viewing area, fishing is no longer a good option. The pond is a Trout waste water settling pond, and is NOT a good place for catching fish.

A great place for kids of all ages to see the wonders of a trout hatchery. From big to small and all sizes in between. Make sure to toss in some of the feed found along the edges of the tanks!

We took our three young grandsons, and they loved it. You can feed the fish and they go wild for the food ( given to us by the attendant).

If you are a fisherman, you will be amazed at what has to happen to maintain the trout population. Workers are very helpful with information.
