It was a great experience that I would recommend to others. While it was challenging at times it provided a lot of opportunity for fun and enjoyment, Staff was willing to help, answer any questions and make sure you were comfortable with the challenges ahead.

The courses are pretty fun, the crowds, the constant waiting, and staff not so much. Don’t make the mistake of making a reservation late in the afternoon, you won’t be able to do everything. Despite being told that our group could do all the courses, and told specifically to do them in order, one of the staff members decided to shut the best course (Level 4) early because it “takes forever” right as our kids were walking up to it. Lazy, and rude, simply didn’t want to deal with any more kids on course, despite kids on every other section. Disappointing. Asked for a refund, or an opportunity to come back and just do Level 4. Paid way too much to not get to do the most fun section.

This was 2 1/2 hours of fun! I did all the courses once. As an adult, course levels 1-3 were fun and relatively easy but a challenge for the 11/12-year-olds. Levels 4 and 5 offered unique challenges for adults. It was a fun day of doing something different. Staff was all helpful and encouraging. Grounds were neat and clean, no trash laying around.

Took 13 year old girls yesterday and they had a lot of fun. They had done previous zip lines so were experienced in how to maneuver the supports and if they needed to ask a question Hayden was very helpful and available. The spider is not open now but will go back when it is ready. Good activity during COVID. Employees wore mask and everyone was spaced out. Participants wear mask (except when I’m the air) and gloves that you can purchase for $3 each.
