...this historic theatre is so fun to visit. Many various events are held here...concerts; art shows; plays; movies/cinema gourmet. The building itself is like time stood still. It is so fun to see the old Ritz sign lighted at night. The events here and the building itself both rock!

Third time visiting this theater for the Ga Elvis Festival. Great place, comfortable seats. Not a bad seat in the house!

This theatre is comfortable for a date night, especially when its Cinema Gourmet night. Whether you purchase the meal beforehand or not, the comfortable close seating in a darkened theatre, harkens back to the romantic dating style of the 60's. Offering of wine with 2 for $5.00, makes it an enjoyable way to spend time with your partner, before the talk and movie begins. The sound is clear and loud, and the "larger than life" screen pulls you immediately into the movie. I'm sure its the same way for a play, which I hope to see soon on the stage.

Preserving Brunswick's History and buildings, many activities and performances, exhibitions here. A great job being done to preserve local history and provide a variety of performing art and visual arts experiences for the public, both local and tourist.

This weekend in Brunswick is the Elvis Tribute Artis competition. Most of if requires tickets, but on Sunday morning, many of the Elvis's sang at Ritz Theater. The music was fun, and the theater is definitely worth a visit. Great job on the renovation.

This vintage theater has been revitalized and repainted. Movies are shown on a scheduled basis and concerts are held. GIAHA has their office there and often there are art shows in the lobby. First Friday is always a thrill. I recommend a stop there when in downtown Brunswick.

A newly refurbished downtown theater is a Georgia arts and humanities triumph. In the summer a film series is attended by many of us who love old movies and there nis a constantly changing series of art presentations in the lobby. We've been to everythign from the US Marine band to a concert by the Coasters, Platters, and Drifters.

Living 70 miles or more from big city culture venues, the Ritz serves as our go to for classic films, musical theater, a yearly series of both performing, visual and musical art. Its our oases and provides a dose of culture when other venues are just too far away. And of course, we learn something new, grab a nutritious bite on the Ritz "Dinner and a Movie" nights, and delight in Heather and Co's pre-movie talks about how and why the movie was ever made, and who in the production helped make it so wonderful. Grab a monthly schedule and join us for a little culture in the Golden Isles.

They had the Ritz open to tour. Although we did not see a show we did look at the artwork. The place is a real historic gem. We’d love to come back and see a show.

A great venue for theatre and showing of old favorite movies. I always attend cinema gourmet and other events. The venue is comfortable and easily accessible. On cinema gourmet evening, a light supper is served by Indigo Shanty a local restaurant. Cinema gourmet includes the showing of an old favorite movie with commentary by a live presenter from the grand stage.
