We rented jet skis one day and a 24 foot boat another day while staying at Lake Nottley. North Georgia Watersports was wonderful! We had a blast on the jet skis and on the boat! We have five kids and they absolutely loved both days. North Georgia Watersports was so accommodating of our needs as we worked around the weather too. Allen and Kevin secured our rentals and were wonderful to work with. Mike helped us at the docking location and he was super! Hats off to these guys for great customer service and a wonderful time for our family!

We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours and had a fun and relaxing tour around the lake. Staff was very helpful in showing us how to operate the boat and even came to our aid to park it when we returned. The lake is large with plenty of areas to explore.

North Georgia Watersports and their Manager Damon went out of their way to make sure that my family and I had an amazing 4th of July Week on the Lake. The boat they rented us was in top condition, clean and a joy to drive. Damon delivered the boat to our lake and was available to answer all my questions through the whole process no matter the time or day. I can not recommend North Georgia Watersports enough.

Before I begin I will say I understand things happen, however the way this business handled the situation was completely unprofessional and a lot just doesn't add up.
We are vacationing in Blue Ridge so we wanted to rent a boat for the day. There are 2 lakes in the vicinity Blue Ridge lake and Nottley lake about 30 minutes farther away. Blue Ridge Lake is busier so we decided to rent on the farther lake. We rented a boat for all day Monday, spoke with Logan on Sunday was very friendly and helpful, called back at around 4pm (they close at 6) and spoke with Ben,
just had a question about Bluetooth on the boat. Again very helpful and friendly. We showed up at the marina at 9:15 the next morning as instructed and waited and waited. Tried calling and got a recording all representatives were busy By that time another family showed up with 6 kids, they had rented the largest boat with a huge slide on it. Still no one showed up, called, or answered the phone. Keep in mind we had all paid in full and signed all the paperwork and waivers the day before, as per their policy.
Luckily the the employee at the gas station next door had a phone number for one of the employees and texted him. Both us and the other family gave out names and numbers for someone to call us and tell us what was going on. Finally we received a call from Julio first and then Josh and we were told their employees were sick and they would not be opening today. They apologized that no one called us. We were going on over an hour of trying to get a hold of someone. The sales room Was still open with employees they however were unwilling to use one of them to open the marina. We were offered a rain check but we will not be back we made sure to get a refund after waiting at the marina for over 2 hours.
I hope the other families that rented for a half day were at least given the courtesy of a phone call before they show up.

I reserved a boat for July 5th. Received a voicemail July 4th about 2:30 stating my reservation had been cancelled due to the boat breaking down. No offer of a different boat, no NOTHING except 5 very disappointed grandchildren.

New pontoon boats made for an excellent day on Lake Nottely. The folks at N. Georgia Watersports are the nicest, and make the rental experience a breeze. Their marina makes parking, loading and unloading a simple task. Would highly recommend for your next boat rental.

Had a great experience. Friendly guys. My only critique is I wish they would have had bigger tubes so we could have had 2 adults tube as well not just the kids. But all in all we had a great time and the boat was CLEAN + spacious. We have rented places in the past that the boats and place you rent from are gross. This place was just right! The guy who helped us get set up with the rental was very friendly and made us feel welcome!

I can’t recommend this business enough. Everything from reservations through the entire rental, all representives were extremely professional and helpful. I will definitely return here and will refer friends and family. The boat was like new and clean.

We rented a 20’ pontoon for 1/2 a day. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The boat was brand new. They just replaced all their boats . Very clean and what a beautiful lake. The process of rental and waivers was very easy. I would highly recommend them for any of your rental needs.

This place is only receiving a one star because that is the lowest option. The customer service here is a disgrace and I am awaiting a response from BBB. The manager Scott? never takes or returns a phone call. The treatment to both customers and employees is completely unacceptable. I will say that I am writing this review on behalf of a relative that recently worked with this company. I myself have been a business owner for over 30 years and never have I heard of such practices taking place. I would love to elaborate more on the shady things this place of business is doing but if I were the consumer, I would definitely steer clear.

Do you have guided boat cruises on the lake. Or do you just rent a boat and are on your own.
We are looking for a cruise that is guided so we can just relax and enjoy the lake and the beautiful views
