This is something you want to do!! The trail is a relatively easy one. Only 6/10 of a mile, but at times may be steep. There were many older ones trekking it though, so maybe I'm just out of shape! The hike up is gorgeous, there were mossy trees and beautiful areas. Many places to stop and rest or take... More

Not only is it a beautiful scenic destination, but the drive there is amazing. We went on a cold day in Feb. no leaves on the trees made the view even better, however I can't wait to see it in the fall when the leaves are changing. We tried to walk to the top, but it was a bit of... More

We hiked up the mountain on a really cold and windy day. It was quite a struggle getting up the trail, but once we got to the top, it was breathtaking. I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable in warmer weather.

What a view and the climb to the top was breathtaking in more than one way! It was fun to see all the little displays, too, at the building at the top.

I've visited here myself and have taken many family members and friends. The views never disappoint. The hiking trail is paved and there is a gift shop and educational displays as well.

Just gorgeous even in the winter! My spouse and I decided last minute to view this site! I'm glad we did! The view is nice! The trail was clear and not hard to climb. There are many different trails as we climbed the one in the our pictures! It has nice picnic areas and only cost $3 to get in!

Simply put it was breathtakingly beautiful. The visitor center was very pleasant, and parking was a breeze. They have a small gift shop as well as clean heated bathrooms. You can choose between either paying for the shuttle or hiking the trail up to the summit. It was a little too cold and windy for us to try and leg... More

Very beautiful area. Great panaramic views in the mountains, with very beautiful mountain scenery. A must see if in the area.
