We ‘missed the boat’ at a different company due to a booking error by our hotel. Tom Oliver to the rescue: he took us on his sunset boat ride, showed us wild horses 🐴, dolphins and huge exotic birds. And was a delightful guide. Then he drove us home! Said he wanted to make up for what had happened to us earlier. Go with this man; you won’t be disappointed. He even sends you photos of yourselves on the trip. And makes you look good.

I'm really glad you enjoyed your boat tour! It can get confusing with tour operators having similar names, but we aren't the boat tour operator that you booked with. I'm sure they would appreciate having your glowing review on their company page if you moved it there! :)

We had an incredible private boat charter sunset photography cruise to see the wild horses on Cumberland Island. Our captain was wonderful - he kept journeying through the marsh to get us as close as he could to the horses we spotted. He provided binoculars which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this excursion if you are in Amelia Island for a few days.

Did the Eco Easy Guided Kayak Tour to enjoy the river but learn how to Kayak. Louis was our guide and provided an exceptional time on the water. He was knowledgeable about both the river and history which made the time fly by. Highly recommend them as they are also stewards of the river and can tell they want everyone to enjoy themselves while be safe.

3 couples enjoyed the sunset 3 hour boat tour from the down town marina to Cumberland Island with Tom. It was the highlight of our week. We first went out to sit amongst the dolphins, and then made our way out towards Cumberland-saw the wild horses through Tom's binoculars and learned about the history and just enjoyed a perfect evening with friends. We brought dinner and drinks with us which was fun. Looking forward to seeing all the pictures Tom took. Maximum of 6 passengers were allowed.

We chose the Big Cypress tour and were not disappointed. It’s an easy 3 hour tour in total. This is a good tour for first time kayakers. They provided snacks, water, and Gatorade something we weren’t expecting. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He also brought humor to the tour, which always makes it more fun.

As a Middle aged male, I was nervous about trying Stand up Paddle boarding. Luckily I was fortunate/ Blessed to have a guide like Stacy Moran. He (the guide) was patient and encouraging throughout the entire tour. He constantly had to repeat himself, which he did not have to, and he never once became frustrated with me. He also pointed out different species of life and told amazing wildlife stories along the way. For any beginners out there, I highly recommend this guy, and this place. You’ll finish the tour with a new leveL of self respect, courage and sense of accomplishment. A renewal of love for the great out doors.

We did the Cumberland Island kayak tour. Our guides (I'm so sorry I don't have their names handy) were great, giving us good information and checking on all kayakers. This was a novice tour but still a good workout.
The trip over to the island was pretty easy. We saw 6-8 wild horses which our guide told us was unusual. We enjoyed walking some of Cumberland and when we return next summer, I hope to actually spend an entire day on the island.
Coming back took a little more work but was still doable and included a close drive by with Fort Clinch.
Highly recommend.

We did the sunset/evening kayak tour. Everything went well and we had a fabulous time! The whole crew was very safety conscious, well organized, and knew all of the fun things to point out on our tour. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went on a private boat tour of Cumberland Island with Carole. She was fantastic!! She is a fountain of knowledge about the area and the animals that inhabit it. We were very impressed. We got to see a bald eagle, an oyster catcher, white pelicans and dolphins. She took pictures for us and explained the behaviors of the animals we saw. It was thrilling. A perfect escape from the hardships of Covid. We went kayaking with Margarita in Lofton Creek and she was also terrific. Both excursions were excellent and we will definitely go with this company again.

My family of 4 had our own private Eco kayak tour with Chris, who was very patient with us, and informative about the local plants and animals. Kayaking on the creek is not difficult at all and is a beautiful, peaceful way to spend the morning. It takes about 2 hours round trip. There were no bugs, which was great. A bottle of water was provided up front, and we had a selection of granola bars to pick from after the trip. Chris took a lot of photos of us along the way, and they came out great! One last thing- there are bathrooms in the parking lot by the boat launch in case you need them before or after the trip. We really enjoyed this adventure and highly recommend it!
