We did the 3D/2N program with Adi and team. He was very accommodating to our requests and gave us a lot of flexibility in the program. The porters and guide were extremely helpful and were also there for even the slightest need. They were well trained and knew the routes very well.
As a suggestion, I would suggest Adi to be extremely clear about all the costs involved, what is included in the itinerary and what is not.
Overall, a great experience - would strongly recommend for anyone trying Rinjani.

100% recommend booking with rinjani trekking info!!
Had the most fantastic trip. Did the 2D/1N summit tour whilst on a trip round Indonesia. The hike itself and the views were incredible, but also going with this company meant it was a completely stress free trip.
Adi was really efficient with responding to emails/whatsapps and answering questions prior to the trip. Got a boat across to lombok bangsal and immediately greeted by our driver who took us to senaru where we spent the night before the hike. Briefed by Adi himself as to what to expect for the next couple of days.
Following morning driven across to sembalun where we started the trek. Our guide Eddie deserved a special shout out - he was brilliant and particularly helped me up the summit at 3am. It was very cold at the top before sunrise, and even though I was pretty well prepared with several layers, he had thoughtfully brought a sleeping bag to hunch over. I have also read that rubbish can be an issue on rinjani, and sadly that was fairly true. However it is very clear with this company that everything they bring up is brought back down, and both days Eddie carried an empty plastic bag and stopped to pick up rubbish as often as possible.
All amenities are provided for including a toilet tent, chairs and table, and super comfy camping roll mat/pillow/sleeping bags. The porters were also exceptional and made the best food despite being 2500m+ up a mountain - banana fritters, fried rice, the lot! Also always offering hot drinks, fruit, checking we had enough water etc.
We were in a slight hurry on the second day as we wanted to descend and also get across to the gili islands afterwards. This was no problem - by the time we got to the bottom our car was there ready to taken us to senaru, and then at senaru (where we left our main bags) another car was immediately ready to take us back to bangsal harbour.
I have only done this hike once, and therefore have only gone with rinjani trekking info, but I could not recommend this company enough!

Doing the 3d2n tour was definitely the right decision.
In addition to the real tour, we had one day to see a very beautiful and hardly touristy waterfall at the hostel we were taken to for one night before the tour began.
While the whole trip was a very physical and sometimes mental challenge, the views are 100% worth it.
Our group had a guide and two porters who transported our food and tent equipment. We were provided with everything for camping. You could also borrow headlamps, real jackets... for a small fee.
All people, also the other hikers and porters/guides from other groups, were all super friendly and the food was delicious. There were three meals a day and all kinds of snacks in between. So you don't have to be afraid of starving.
Of course, the camps didn't have a real bathroom. But small "tents" with a hole in the ground. If you don't have a problem with that, it was enough.
All in all it was a great experience that I would highly recommend to anyone in good physical condition. Especially to those, who love hiking and being in the nature.
(Many thanks to Edy and our two porters:))

We booked the 3D2N package (privat tour) and it was an incredible experience and I recommend it to everyone with love and experience in hiking! The guide Anton and the porters were super nice, they spoiled us with great food and were always smiling even after carrying all the equipment and food the whole day. The view from both camp sides is worth all the hiking, even if we unfortunately couldn‘t go to the summit (due to the governement closing the track last minute). The sunsets and sunrises, the hot springs, the food, the vulcano and lake, the people with us, all of it was a highlight.
My tip for the trip: Wear good hiking shoes and get warm clothes because in the night it gets colder and the path can be very slippery sometimes because of the sand (I did it with my vans, but I wouldn‘t recommend it at all!!)

We(couple, both 22 years old) did the 2Days1night summit tour, accommodation the night before you start hiking is decent, pick up and drop of service are very handy.
Our guide was very friendly, but he spoke very basic English. The food and drinks we got along the way where really tasteful and plenty. The main benefit of this tour is that your guide stays with you the whole time. We have seen other guides from other operators just going along and sitting down smoking and waiting for their group to get there. Having a guide that stays with you also helps with motivation, because getting up there is not easy.
We walked four hours netto on the first day(so excluding any brakes), it starts of easy but gets way steeper as you go. We didn’t sleep very well due to strong winds, the tent was a little tight for europeans as we could not really stretch our legs laying in it. On the second day we work up at 1:30 in the morning and walked 3,5 hours netto to the top, this was the hardest part for us as is it very steep and the ground is very sandlike and heavy.
We pushed ourselves and ended up reaching the summit before sunset. The views are magnificent, and we where there with just a few others. This really is a once in a lifetime experience! Along the way down we saw a lot of people still struggling to make their way up. Note that you do need some basic fitness level and the right mentality to get there. We are no fitness beasts but 2500 hight meters in 2 days are tough.
Overall we think that even though this tour is quite expensive it is very decent value for money. Would recommend!

Adi arranged us an amazing tour up the magnificent mount Rinjani and provided excellent service. Our guide, Sugan (Sugar) led us up to the summit and made sure we had everything we needed. He knows a lot about the mountain and the community around it. The food, prepared by the porters, was really good and plentiful. And also, these guys are machines running up and down the mountain carrying heavy weights like it's nothing.
The trekking itself is tough, but definitely doable if you just keep on going. You will be rewarded by a sunrise view from up on a vulcano you will never forget!

Rinjani Trekking Info, is truly a trusty and reliable partner to embark on your journey with! Prior to the hike, Adi made sure that all of us were well equipped with the necessary items before beginning the climb. Communication is definitely not an issue as most guides are fluent in English!
During the hike, our friendly and knowledgaeble guide, hendri, constantly shared bites of information about the historical eruptions that lead to the majestic craters and lakes that we passed by. Our porters catered to all our meals by preparing a variety of food ranging from nasi goreng, mee goreng, ayam soto, spaghetti and the quality of the meals were not compromised even though they lacked access to a proper kitchen! They even managed to cook up interesting snacks such as (fried bananas) and popcorn! We had an enjoyable time eating popcorn while admiring the beautiful sunset. The porters even helped to create a bonfire to keep us warm!
One especially commendable point about Rinjani Trekking Info is the lengths they go to ensure that no trash is being left behind at all campsites. All rubbish is stored in a trash bag and brought down the mountain to be disposed. A small part goes a long way in preserving this beautiful trail for more generations to come!
Very recommend this agency.!

Alhamdulillah, Allah SWT giving me a great experience while trekking mountain Rinjani together with Rinjani Trekking Info. The weather is so bright so we can see a wonderful views during the trip and unforgettable memories when explore Rinjani.
Mr. Adi (The Boss) and his team were professional organizers. They pick me up at airport and drop off service are very handy. Also the accommodation the night before we start hiking is decent. The trip was very well arranged and their service was very pretty satisfying. The porter were very professional, who were able to carry, hike, set up tents, and cook delicious food and plenty. We had nutritious meals and were not hungry at all !!
Special mention to the most amazing guide Edi, who was very patience, kindheart, attentive, brave and experienced. The main benefit of this tour is that Edi as a tour guide always encourages me not to give up, stays with me a whole time and helps with motivation, because getting up there is not easy.
The morning we walked to the top was the hardest part as is it very steep and the ground is very sandlike and heavy. But Edi was assist me step by step and stuck with me until the summit. Edi was supportive and navigated me on proper route. The view on top was very magnificent.
Overall, I highly recommend going with Rinjani Trekking Info. Most amazing experience I have ever had, cannot thank this company enough. I will be back someday to Rinjani, Insya Allah …

I did the 3D/2N Tour solo with Rinjani Trekking Info. Everything went very well: communication, service and the trip. Adi the owner was very responsive and we organized the tour just a few days before the start. He was very flexible in terms of payment (I paid in Euro). Airport pick up and check in plus briefing was fast, effective and easy going. They checked again food and drink preferences and got all fresh the next morning.
Lang my guide and the 2 porter did a phenomenal job. The were very helpful, did great cooking and Adi is a great companion when on a solo trip. He has a great taste of music and is very motivating when the going gets tough. Lang and the team ia very experience team!
