This was a beautiful little area in a very nice neighborhood. It sits on the southern shore of Lake Maitland. Very small area, but very peaceful and quiet. Come and sit and enjoy the beauty. There was a tree, very large, with many cranes nesting.....I've never seen that before.

We stay in Clermont each year but enjoy visiting Winter Park, which has interesting stores and good restaurants. The Kraft Azalea Gardens is a relaxing stop. It is well maintained, has beautiful views, with free access and parking. .

This is a lovely small park on the lake-front. The azaleas were in bloom when we visited. The beautiful trees extend into the water. One can walk the whole area in 20-30 minutes, or relax and stay longer.

I am both biased and familiar, as Kraft Alalea is on my dailing walk/run route. The area is beautiful and you can put in your stand up boards there (and I have seen boats go in too). In the Spring there are baby birds in all the trees, absolutley magical and DON"T park under them! Great for outdoor weddings and ceremonies and picnicing.

Went here after seeing it on Youtube and it looked amazing. The parking lot had extremely limited spaces and it took my family around 3 drives round the block to get one. All the scenery was beautiful and there was a lot of photographers. But these photographers weren't very friendly, one photographer took 'ownership' of the arches and despite finishing photographing her clients she wouldn't be respectful and let other people use the space, even walking into frames of other photographers trying to get the same shot. Whilst trying to get a shot within the arches another photographer said we cut in line despite waiting the same time, but again couldn't get a photo because another photographer stood in the frame instead of being respectful. Not a great place to wear sandals around and most of the paths are sand. The bathroom on site smelled so bad but it was relatively clean. Due to all the photographers it was difficult to photograph anything and there's other spots on the lake with better parking facilities. Personally won't be back.
