Visit once for 2 days and done. Check your deposit fee
Hotel decoration and activities are nice, as well as staff. However, breakfast options ate very limited abd it takes too long to get a seat. They should change to a buffet style to be quicker and not have to much food being left behind in all tables. Also, deposit of 100 dollars per day seems excessive and mine had not been cancelled after 5 days I left. Sent e-mail to their care center, but not solved after 3 days now - and counting… Kids liked most activities.

    Amazing Time for All
So much more fun than I expected. We arrived by 1030am and the rides were 5-10 min. Small lines we & our kids were able to ride every single ride. While it isn't as big, yet it has so much potential for growth. Character meet/greets were awesome. Left at closing & the kids loved it more than Disney & Universal despite not having as many roller coasters. You will definitely enjoy & at a great price. Peppa Pig Park isn't as great, but a good 30-45min for younger kids

    Amazing birthday trip to Legoland
We visited Legoland for my kid’s 5th birthday and had an amazing time! Five seems like a great age for the park. He loved many of the rides and interactive Lego stations and Lego cities display. Loved that there was a coffee shop, refillable water stations, and clean restrooms. My son is neurodivergent & wears headphones to help with sensory sensitivities. I felt like the park was a good fit for him because there were some quieter areas where he could build Legos . We went during the week which helped, too. Definitely wasn’t too crowded. We also stayed at the Pirate Island hotel right next to the park. Not only was it convenient, but it really added to our whole experience! The hotel was like a theme park, too. It was amazing to stay somewhere catered to children. Rooms were clean and they had juice boxes & Bustelo coffee! We can’t wait to go back.

Mostly a good day. Legoland lacked staff since 4 years ago. Could do better in some areas.
Parking should be included as the ticket prices are high enough. Small kids are limited on what they can do but there is a lot of rides. Rides like Safari and Brichburg Battle should be at a slower speed to help avoid sitting in jeep / boat doong nothing at the beginning and end. Battle of Brickburg was terrible compared to the one in New York. (There was no battle between other boats (not much delay between sending boats) just completely drenched from water spouts around the course. Glad to see mini Legos are covered now. Sad that there is no live show at Ninjago. Should have. Short cut when low wait times to save walking through like cattle. Pirate River Quest was posted at 180 mins. Crazy long wait. Need more staff/boats/person per boat. Granted US coast guard limited boat to 8 people now…. Water sport stunt show was closed on our day. Not with Waterpark ticket. Far too much in one day. Nothing for grandparents excep to walk through old Cyprus Gardens.

We had a great time at LEGOLAND
I stayed at the Pirate Hotel with my 9 year old twin boys. We booked or tickets in advance and the whole process was very quick and simple. Everyone at the hotel did a fantastic job makings use feel welcomed and helping to navigate our stay. We did the water park one day one and the theme park day two. All the rides and water slides were very accessible. The longest wait we had for anything was about ten minutes. The dining options at the hotel were a little pricey for lunch and dinner but breakfast was free. Also there were plenty of restaurant options outside of the park and hotels to choose from. I would definitely recommend LEGOLAND for younger kids and families.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your twin boys had such a great time at LEGOLAND and the Pirate Island Hotel. It’s fantastic to know that our team made you feel welcome and that the booking process was quick and easy. We’re glad you enjoyed both the theme park and the water park, with minimal wait times for rides and water slides! We appreciate your feedback about the dining options, and it’s great that you found nearby alternatives that worked for your family. Thank you for recommending us to other families, and we hope to welcome you all back for more adventures in the future! Warm regards, Eva Guest Communications LEGOLAND Florida Resort

A great time for families with kids!!!
We all had a great time adults and kids we also had my mother with us and the handicap accessibility and accommodations were great!!!! The staff was amazing all but one person we came across after the dinosaur roller coaster for the photo purchasing/viewing booth was quite disgusting to another guest right in front of us. Which didn’t seem to bother the gentleman that he snatched a computer screen that he was trying to look at away from him simply because it wasn’t the right one to look at… he had painted nails and a pony tail and quite honestly he shouldn’t be there in the happy place that LEGOLAND truly was today!!! Oh March 17th at approximately 1pm just saying! Other than that one incident I give the LEGOLAND workforce a 10 out of 10!!!! Thank you all and we will be back tomorrow and again in the near future!
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We’re so glad to hear that you and your family, including your mother, had a fantastic time at LEGOLAND, and that our staff and accessibility accommodations helped make your visit enjoyable. It’s always wonderful to know when our team’s efforts make a positive impact on your experience. However, we sincerely apologize for the negative encounter you witnessed at the photo booth after the dinosaur roller coaster. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will address this with our team to ensure it does not happen again. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you for your kind words about the rest of our staff, and we’re thrilled to know you’ll be visiting us again soon! We look forward to welcoming you and your family back for more fun-filled adventures. Warm regards, Eva Guest Communications LEGOLAND Florida Resort

    Great. Could be cheaper
Nice park. Very big so plan to walk a lot. The waterpark is at the very back of the park and doesn’t open until 11 am. The park overall was nice however the wait times for the rides were insane. Majority of the time we just walked and took pictures because we were going to wait too long to ride anything. Go early and bring snack. You can take a wagon into the park which is great if you have kids. My kids enjoyed themselves but loved the waterpark the most. Peppa pig world was nice

Still love mini LEGO world the best
I got to go on the rides this time and loved them. The shopping is always fun, and I lucked into a couple of discontinued sets! But what I love is seeing all the little buildings... and the Florida buildings were great. I did wish you had the international ones simply because the architecture had more whimsical details, but I guess room was needed for Los Vegas.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the rides and had a great time shopping—especially finding those discontinued sets, what a lucky find! It’s wonderful that you love the detailed buildings in Miniland, and we’re thrilled you appreciated the Florida architecture. We understand your wish to see more international buildings with their whimsical designs, and while Las Vegas was a fun addition, we'll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue to develop and enhance the park. We hope to welcome you back for more LEGO adventures soon! Warm regards, Eva Guest Communications LEGOLAND Florida Resort

    Peppa Pig Theme Park
It was my daughter's 4th birthday and she was dying to go to the Peppa Pig Theme Park. She had a blast and while my husband and I didn't think we would, we had a great time as well 😊 It is probably the most "kid friendly" Park there is in the area. Everything is geared towards the little ones, there are even tiny toilets and sinks in the bathrooms. The changing areas we're exceptionally clean and I mentioned to my husband throughout the day that for a park that had so many little kids, I didn't see one piece of trash anywhere. They provided my daughter with a birthday button and every staff member wished her happy birthday throughout the day. All of the rides were sized for little ones . The dinosaur ride I was very impressed with, as you set your child on a small seat in front of you and then the adult seats sat behind. My biggest tips for the day: Bring water shoes along with a bathing suit for the water area. We live here in Orlando, so I knew to bring water shoes. But I saw MANY little ones screaming as the concrete was extremely hot in certain areas.! I highly recommend it for small children and families!
Hello, Thank you for sharing such a wonderful review of your visit to Peppa Pig Theme Park! We’re thrilled to hear that your daughter had a blast on her 4th birthday, and that you and your husband ended up having a great time as well. It’s so rewarding to know that our kid-friendly features, from the tiny toilets and sinks to the clean changing areas, helped make your day even more enjoyable. We’re especially glad your daughter loved the birthday button and the special attention from our team members—it’s those little moments that make birthdays extra magical! Thank you for the helpful tip about water shoes for the splash area—keeping those little feet comfortable is key on a sunny day! We hope to welcome your family back for more fun adventures in the future. Thanks again for celebrating with us! Warm regards, Eva Guest Communications LEGOLAND Florida Resort

    Kid and family friendly.
We had a great time. It was easy for the 6 of us to keep everyone entertained. Lots of areas for the toddler to play and keep cool in Duplo area. The older 3 could ride bigger rides with my husband. Only the dragon coaster caused a snag because we have 2 kids that need an adult and 1 who can’t ride. We were able to sort it out with another adult on the ride, but now we know. The whole day was great. Everything is designed with kids in mind, lower sinks, toilets, etc so they can truly enjoy it. Character encounters and lots of physical activity to keep them excited. We ended up getting an annual pass.

Perfect for young children (up to 9 years old I think). After this age it will depend on the child's profile.

I went on a weekday and it was super empty. If you go before Pepa Pig Park it is even emptier, as Legoland closes 1 hour after Pepa and the normal movement is to go to Pepa and then Legoland.

It is important to emphasize that it is far from the "kissimmee/orlando" section and there is traffic even at a super empty time in the city like September.
The paths to this park pass through residential locations, single lanes, many intersections, train lines and long traffic signals.
All of this should add up to an extra 30 minutes on the journey, especially when returning to the park at the end of the day.

Premium parking is double the price of normal ($60 and $30) and the biggest difference is sun coverage, not distance.

The park has a wet area and it's a good idea to bring swimwear for children. Just like Pepa pig's success, so is the wet space.

I highly recommend it for young children or those who love the art of building Lego, as there are many impressive sculptures throughout the park!

I had a great day with my 6 and 4 year old boys today. We took our time and went on some rides, saw a few shows and interacted with characters (staff dressed up in stilts, etc). If you only have one day at the park I wouldn’t spend your time at water park it’s great but it’s hard to fit it all in. You could easily spend 2 days here with the water park included. Would recommend just take your time and enjoy every minute. They also have lots of water bottle filling stations so bring your reusable bottles put some water and ice in them and refill when needed. It was hot by 1pm so we started visiting some indoor things throughout the afternoon to cool down. Pack a lunch if you want to save money food isn’t cheap but that’s every theme park. What I had was good though. The deli express shop is like a cafeteria and has sandwiches and salads which was good but if you packed a lunch you could eat it there in the cool air. Anyways whatever you do take your time and you won’t see it all in one day.

We spent 2 days at LegoLand with our grandson and had a amazing time . The wait time for most of the rides was about 10 times which is great when visiting with a 3 year old . Also feel that the park is a great value for the Money .
Our only concern is that we paid for a lake view at the Pirate Hotel , do not waste your money on that there is no Lakeview and the hotel management was not helpful when we express our concerns. We had room 368 with no view , Hotel manager told us that is lake view .

My family and I bought season passes to the Legoland in Winter Haven florida. We lived very close by and figured it'd be worth it due to other Legoland visits in other states that were amazing. This is by far the worst Legoland I have ever visited. We got there at 11:00 on our first visit with our season passes and the entire Park closed at 2:00 due to some mild rain. The few rides that remained open that were indoor we waited in line for over 30 minutes just to have the ride close before we were able to get on. The staff is extremely mean everyone looks miserable there. Don't waste your money coming to Legoland in Winter Haven drive the extra 40 minutes and go to Orlando where there are wonderful Disney world amusement parks you can visit.

We visited Legoland with 5 adults and 2 children. Our 6 year old grandson who is enthralled with Ninjago couldn’t wait to visit Ninjago land. He was so excited to see the characters. As an adult that’s about the only good thing I can say about Legoland. Here are 10 reasons why we would not go back to Legoland
1. They don’t take Lego gift cards- and the person at the cash register didn’t know that. I had to call the number in my giftcard.
2. Food service is terrible ( Deli especially)
3. Parking was unmanned and confusing.
4. Workers couldn’t answer questions- not even where things were.
5. The maps are not easy to follow. Signage inside poor.
6. Needs to be updated ( paint coming off Ninjago ride and digital panels didn’t work on ride) Rocket in Miniland never went off.
7. The $17 cups said no refills when they’d never been refilled.
8. Unformed staff- 4 workers said it was their first day and were not trained enough to work cash registers or provide information.
9. 11 staff didn’t know where the water ski show was.
10. Overall dinginess

Thankfully, we did have discount tickets. Make sure if you do decide to go, look for these!

We have booked our family trip for the past few years and have liked our experiences. Until this year, I booked our trip in advance since we didn’t want the prices to go up higher. Where they get you is the pricing can vary and go lower then what you payed but do not expect to get a price adjustment!! I honestly never payed Attention until I went online to book for my brothers family, same date, same amount of kids his came out 252.80 cheaper to be exact! So I called the customer care people and stated if I could get a price adjustment it has only been 2 weeks since I had booked mine but was told no! All because I didn’t add the cancelation plan which was an extra 10% I never selected that in the past, If I don’t intend to cancel or add any guest to my vacation booking why would I add that to my check out. It didn’t make sense and the agent said if I did add it, it’s not a promise we could price adjust it. So before booking just really looking into Every fine line, call if you’re not clear Be sure prior to booking. They said to reach out to LLF.Experience@LEGOLAND.com, I did that back on March 7th it’s now April 17th no one has responded back to me. It’s not even about the price adjustment anymore, it’s the lack of communication. I received one email just saying We appreciate you taking the time to write to us, you will receive a response within the next 5-7 business days.

We respond to emails in the order they are received. To receive the promptest possible response, please do not reply to this message until you have received another response from a member of our team.

This part is the hotel only:

We just left, and the first word that comes to mind is DIRTY! My one year old couldn’t crawl anywhere without her feet/hands/knees Turning black. This includes our own room which was a pirate room in the Legoland Hotel, the floors were so dirty, I did a swipe (one swipe) with a towel and this was what I saw. I tried multiple times to go to the front dest to talk to a manager. I was told to come back, I did, then told to contact the number on my confirmation. Silverware at the restaurant we got was also dirty. Found a baindaid in the Lego area in the lobby….. this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. And that was just the beginning….

They play area with the castle, my one year d again a crawler wanted to play with her sister, after five minutes I picked her up and her hands, knees were black. I had to wash her hands very often because every time I put her down her hands/knees/feet were covered in dirt and grime from carpets and floors that were never cleaned.

The legos in the room was a pitiful mix match small bucket. Shower head didn’t stay up (it was adjustable) so my husband had to shower with it as a wand. Scavenger hunt which my daughter was excited about was only the first night. Buffet breakfast was okay but nothing was hot. They did accommodate my one year olds egg allergy which I very much appreciated. Our room safe wouldn’t lock and they said they would send someone right up and we never saw anyone.

We’ve traveled a bunch. We’ve also stayed at Disney, Universal and been to many other parks. Legoland is overpriced. The amount of money we just paid for two nights at the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in is disheartening. What’s more frustrating is that not a single person would help me while I was there. I had to get on my hands and knees to wash the bathroom floor and that is a first for me and not anything that should be done when you are paying to stay at a hotel/resort. Does anyone here know how I can get in touch with a manager and someone that will actually listen?

First photo was one swipe of my daughter foot, second, one swipe of the bathroom floor.

We will not be back.

The Legoland resort pool lifeguards think they are in a military camp, guarding the cord lines that separates the kids pool. The deepest spot barely reach the 1.30, but these guys think they have the right to scream at people and release all their frustrations on the guests. After I went into an issue with one of the screaming team, and asked to speak to a manager, 5 mins after the same guy screamed at a little guest, and his father had to face the same annoying task of reaching out of to a manager. Just replace the cord lines with painted lines on the pool, or replace the military lifeguards with a resort customer friendly lifeguard fleet.

So not impressed! I spent a day at Lego land Florida yesterday with my 9 year old. From the moment we drove into the parking lot the chaos that is this park started. There was no organization for the parking line. Cars all in disorganized clumps . Same story about the bag check line. People were fighting with others about cutting in line. We found the lines for rides to be the exact same. Their ride / line operators were clearly untrained and unsure how to correctly and efficiently load people on rides. Rides were rickety and run down. Paint chipping, garbage below etc. Truly mind blowing. We did enjoy the water park for the 20 minutes we visited, but again the lifeguards were disengaged and would not trust to save a life. Best part of the day were the Lego city displays. They are impressive. I realize this is less expensive than Disney, but honestly not my much. Either save your money and just visit Lego store, or splurge and go to any of the Disney parks.

Our tickets expired on the 17th. There is no expiration date on the electronic tickets. We visited on the 20th. They said the expiration is on the receipt. I looked at the receipt the day I bought the tickets and did again.
They charged us 319.00 in addition to what we already paid.
There is no rhyme or reason on rides. Some are by age others are by height. There are up charges galore including 25.00 per person to enter the water part of the park.
$800.00 for 5 people including the parking. Carousel is literally 2 1/2 minutes or 4 complete revolutions.
There isnt much to like or enjoy about this park. I would recommend you do your research and be fully informed before deciding to go here. Food prices are outrageous.
Your money is better spent elsewhere.
This is our first and last visit here.
