Lacking in the sanitizing dept
Sep 2021
mostly good experience. no lines a Friday! Short lines on Saturday. My biggest problem was that there was almost no hand sanitizer!! about 2 out of 10 sanitizing stations were empty and half of soap dispensers in the bathrooms. I thought for sure that they would fill them up by the time we returned on Saturday but NOPE, they were still empty 80% of the time

Not worth it! DISNEY does it BETTER.
We went with our 10 and 5yr old for my 10yr olds 10th bday. We had such high hopes for this place unfortunately It fell short in many areas mainly cleanliness and over all up keep of the park. It was run down for only being open for 10yrs. Dusty and and dirty in a all the waiting lines. This has nothing to do with Having staff shortages because of COVID, you can’t tell it was just never been kept up over the years with regular cleaning. Limited restaurants were open and rides kept closing, brief delaying all day and not due to inclement weather I don’t know what that was about. My kids somewhat liked it but I also haven’t heard them say much about since going. My oldest wanted to come here for years and it was just ok to him. Save your money and put it towards a Disney park

New water ski show is awesome. Best restaurant is the ship wreck in Pirate hotel
Had a great day even though they are having a lot of renovations going on. All renovations are exciting. The lego city will be covered from weather.

The best restaurant for dinner is at the pirate hotel. See photos. It’s family style but all you can eat.

Anual pass (theme park and watter park). I have 2 girls (4 and 6) they love both parks and they enjoy almost all atractions. There are a lot things to do and the lines are not too long. I will come back until my girls been 10/11

Wonderful park and waterpark for young children. We can't get enough and love it over other Orlando area parks. I cant say enough of praise for this place

We are on the much older end (12 years old) but we still had a lot of fun! If they continue to add attractions and include more bigger kid stuff we would go back in a HEART BEAT!

Horrible customer service
Aug 2021 • Family
Would not recommend! Ticket booth staff rude. Ticket manager katina shows an aggressive attitude while “attempting” to help. Called me a liar, manager at hotel even had to apologize for her behavior. Completely ruined our first lego land experience. Do not recommend, save the money and go to Disney or universal. Was considering buying annual passes, decision now made.

Best theme park for kids
Aug 2021 • Family
Yes, Disney has Mickey and all... But if you want to enjoy your day on rides instead of being stuck on crowds and spending 1 hour just to get to the main entrance, Legoland is the place to be with kids. No crowds, food is good and CHEAP when compared to the other parks. AND for an additional$25 you can also visit the Water Park, which is not big, but does the job in the middle of August in Florida. Great rides for kids, no crowds, east parking, and good food! 👍👍👍👍👍

Definitely worth visiting with the family! From the moment we walked into Legoland Hotel Resort to the moment we exited the Legoland park, our kids had such a great time! The rides were sectioned in groups which made it so much easier to find and enjoy all the rides. The Hotel was so kid friendly it was easy to relax and just watch the kids enjoy themselves.

I took 4 of my grandchildren and will be back!!

Good 1 Day Activity
Pretty big park, you can easily get off track to the way to the Waterpark. Follow signs. A lot of the food and attractions were closed during covid (Aug. 2021) I don't know why maybe understaffed. Good for younger kids 12 and under. Lots to do and see, be prepared to walk a lot, pretty big property.
