Bring your own food snacks or you will be hungry!
Nov 2021
I visited November 23 2021 with my daughter, son in law, 5 year old grandson and 1 year old granddaughter. My grandson loves Legos so this was his birthday gift. First off he loved the park. We arrived around 10am and left when it closed at 6pm. The reason for the 1 star review is they didn't have any food to buy during our visit. Around 1pm my family started to get hungry. My SIL and grandson wanted hot dogs so they waited in a very long line (over an hour) to purchase a hot dog. I went with my daughter to find a sandwich, burger or taco. We started off waiting in the sandwich line. We waited about 30 minutes when an employee came out and told us they had run out of food and were closing. The line for a burger was closing as they too had run out of food. We waited over an hour to buy pretzels. We were about 8th in line and you guessed it, out of cheap, overpriced $4 pretzels! So the park was open for 4 more hours and the only thing you could buy for food was a hot dog and very expensive ($15) soda. If you visit bring food/snacks or you will be hungry like my family was.

Lack of food service.
Nov 2021 • Friends
Really only complaint is lack of food service. Restaurants closed the ones that were open closed at 3:00. Park stayed open till 6:00pm. Waited inline 40mins for popcorn and nachos. Husband waited 45mins for funnel cake. Why close restaurants when park is opened till 6/7 pm. Other than that great day.

Epic Fail
Nov 2021 • Couples
1st time here, came after reading reviews. People need to raise their standards IF your giving this park four stars😂 It’s worse then a Six-Flags🤫 So many restaurants closed 😡Few employees to give directions or answer questions🤬 Long lines nearly equal to Disney, who would think someone else could be just as bad🤔 WHAT a waste of $$$$$$$$$

Great for young kids. Waterpark is heated. Concessions reasonably priced.
Nov 2021 • Family
I tried to have faith in the reviews that said if you have young children you should go here. We have a four-year-old. We had an extra day to kill. Their pricing system makes it so you can go for 2 days for a few dollars more than one.
I really wish we could have gotten two days. We opened and closed that park and had an incredible time.
*The water park is small but the water is very nicely heated so it's good almost anytime of the year I would imagine.
*Food and drink is reasonably priced. So you don't have to beat yourself up if you didn't bring enough with you.
*If you have young children, especially if they like to swim, you can definitely do two full days here.
*Walking through the Cypress gardens in the middle of the day is a really nice break.
*Only gets busy when the big parts are packed. Otherwise most of the attractions have no waiting.

Worst staff at any park we've ever visited
Nov 2021
Wow what an awful experience we had. We had tickets purchased on-line through Ticketsatwork.com. They weren't able to scan them at the gate for some reason. They tried insisting to us that we had either already used them (definitely not) or they were expired (though they were just purchased a week prior, clearly said valid for one year, and had an actual expiration date PRINTED directly on the ticket itself that clearly said they expire in November 2022). We were then forced to go to guest services where again they couldn't figure out how to scan them and again tried to argue with us that they had expired. They got snotty and nasty when we dared tried to patiently point out that the expiration date right on the ticket was clearly next year. After dealing with 3 different employees, each ruder than the prior, and taking about 20 minutes of our time they eventually let us through the gate, but no explanation, no apology, nothing but rude and snotty attitude acting as if we were some kind of criminals.

Terrible people skills aside, they had many other operational issues. Several rides were down at the beginning of the day. Despite being a fairly busy Saturday, they only had one parking gate open leading to a pretty long line of cars trying to get into the lot (they did have a 2nd shorter line but for passholders and hotel guests only).

It's such a shame, because the LEGO brand is great and this could be a really nice park. We had a great time at Legoland California a couple years ago. But the Florida park has some serious problems, primarily the lack of people skills at the front gate and guest services. While stuck at guest services, we heard a lot of similar complaints from a whole lot of other customers dealing with similar problems.

Everything was catered for young children. My 6 yr old had the time of his life. He kept talking about it all the way home.
