    Great fun for everyone!
First time Legoland review. We went to Legoland for the first time towards the end of January. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and spent two days in the park. The trip was an early birthday trip for my son’s upcoming 8th birthday. Our group consisted of two adults and one child. Theme park review: We spent two days in the park, a Friday & Saturday. We stayed both days from open to close. On Friday the wait for rides was next to nothing. There were many we walked straight on and even got to ride multiple times without getting off. We spent Friday riding as many rides as possible and took in a 4D movie as a break. We enjoyed Granny’s Apple Fries a la mode and they were delicious! We purchased a penny book and got pressed pennies throughout the park as a cheap souvenir. When we returned on Saturday it was Ninjago day which was a little busier but still completely manageable. We started at the back of the park each day and tried to work our way forward to cut down on back tracking. Over the course of two days we rode each ride we enjoyed multiple times and took the time to ride everything we could at least once. On Saturday we took more breaks, as it was busier, to watch a 4D movie, shop, watch a live performance and the ski show. During Ninjago day there was also a scavenger hunt in Mini-Land and building competitions. We took advantage of the special items offered on Saturday and had Ninjago themed snacks which were good! The bigger/newer rides got a longer wait time during the busier day but by checking the app we were able to gauge when the wait time was down and got the opportunity to ride. We enjoyed the park so much that we plan to go back!

    Mixed experience.
Having been to LEGOLAND in California, we had some expectations that were sort of met. Encountered quite a few more broken rides and poor slow procedures than expected. The more advanced rides seemed to suffer the most. For example, the VR goggles on the LEGO Race coaster ride worked less than half the time. Of the four of us riding, two goggles were off center the first time. The second and third times several of us had goggles that didn’t work at all. Gave up after the third try. Hit this ride as soon as the park opens to avoid the ride, and avoid the wait for disappointment. Ninjago was down for part of our visit the few times we tried to ride it. The wait times in the app weren’t working during our visit. Lost Adventure ride was also not working during one of our attempts to ride. Staff were often slow and discourteous. They split us up on the boat ride in favor of fast pass riders. The announcer on Mias ride thought it was amusing to make high pitches annoying squeals on the PA to amuse (and potentially insanely distract) the ride operator. Food was ok. Most places seemed understaffed. The famous Apple fries stand had a long lines, with only one poor kid working the shop. Checkin at the pizza buffet also had a long line with two registers but only one being used. They also struggled to keep the buffet stocked. No place to get tea, and very few spots for coffee. Overall, kids enjoyed it. Probably our last trip. Would recommend a full day with minimal crowds and plan ahead. For the price, this park is just average.

    Not worth it at all
For the four of us, it was almost 400$. Just as much as a day at Disney for us. This place reminded me of Pittsburgh Kennywood park with Legos. Things were not maintained well at all. The lego statues were dirty, nobody working in the park seemed enthusiastic at all and nobody seemed to know when anything went on, like shows, character meets, ride openings, etc. We had 3 people how to meet the Lego Friends. No one could give us a straight answer and one person just said "oh, go meet Emmet...that's where they are." She didnt know what we meant. And then, the Mias horse ride in Heartlake city, my girls couldn't go on it because of height. Fine, but the girl standing there said the ride wasnt open for another hour because the tracks were wet. It was 10am, so it would be open by 11. But on the activity sheet it said it wouldn't open until 12. Obviously she didnt know what was going on. I was very disappointed in how boring Heartlake City was, which is my girls favorite. The Mini part, all of it was filthy. The white bricks were a dingy yellow and the race track you could run yourself, one of the tracks was broken. Also half the pressed penny machines didnt work and there was no sign on them. I will say we got to ride everything at least once if not twice and my kids did seem to enjoy the park. But for me, between the staff not knowing what was going on, the dirty lego statues and the false advertising that we could meet the Friends on the app, I just dont think it was worth the cost at all.

We got stuck in the ride called "Lost Kingdom Adventure" on Feb 1st 2020 at around 1 PM and had to walk out with our two children (3) and (5) trying "not to touch any metals" while walking out. I will post a VIDEO later. Many rides were closed on Feb 1st and Feb 2nd 2020, so you walk accross the park for nothing and my dad (83) on his wheelchair the same ($16/day). The app info is not accurate regarding functioning rides and waiting times, I guess is to show the world that everything works "fine" and is "full". Its a pitty since Legoland could be a nice place for Kids but if far far far far away from what you can get in other parks in Florida. I,ve been to Billund some years ago and was much much better. I did an official complaint at the park personally before we left, why? because we were and are dissapointed, we paid good money for something that was offered but not delivered, but it was not only that: As a business owner I really do care about feedback and it is a major source of improovement on my business, I hope that my feedback hlep the management to improve the Park, however, I think they dont really care that much, I had no feedback about my personal complaint (via "Guest Services"' Ipad on site), no apologies or whatsoever. Dont expect too much. We also stayed at the Lego Beach Resort, my feedback on the Hotel will follow later. Hope this feedback is helpful for Lego and for Visitors.

This was my second visit to the park, the first being in 2015. Our first visit was a positive one. The park and hotel were both clean, the rides are good for smaller kids, and overall we quite enjoyed our stay. Well I can say that the grounds are still clean and the rooms at the resort are well-kept, but that about the extent of the positives from this visit.
First a word about the employees. I visited over the holidays, and there was this pervasive feeling that everyone working really really hated their job and didn't want to be there. Not from just one or two employees, but every single person at working at the park. Conversations from multiple other guests revealed we weren't the only ones picking up this vibe, everyone felt it. And I gotta say more then a few employees looked like they were just worked to the bone and really needed the money.
If you stay at the resort, Brick's cafeteria is bad. The food is really poor quality and due to chronic understaffing they can't keep the food stocked when things went busy. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee in the morning during the 20-30 minutes I was there to eat breakfast one day. Skyline actually serves decent food for lunch and dinner, but it is expensive for what you get.
Now on to the park, we experienced no less than 4 breakdowns in the two days we visited the park. And wait times were *long* on everything. The major rides had 2 hour plus waits, and the lesser rides were a minimum of 45 minutes each. So to have so many breakdowns on top of the wait times was just terrible.

On our last day in the park we decided to postpone lunch until about 3. I waited about 20 minutes in line for the 7 or so people in front of me to get their burgers (so much for fast food....), and as I was about to order the cash registers throughout the park crashed. And not for like 5 minutes, but for well over an hour. We couldn't even get food or drink even though I had cash on hand. As we left the park in disgust in order to get some food for my starving children, my eight year old said "I hate this place and never want to come back". What a great way to end our vacation. Thanks for the memories, Legoland.

Bought tickets to go to Legoland. Couldn't wait to take my 5 year old grandson to the park. They opened at 10:00 so we made sure that we were there at 10:30 early to start our day. Most of the park wasn't even open at all. Rides we tried to get on, no go. Height restriction on most rides. We went to get a bottle of water or just something to drink, nothing opened until 12:00. We walked around and were able to get on 2 rides. The park looked like it was built in the 60s. Needs some very needed attention. Filthy, I'd rather have spent the $430 on tickets to Disney. Would have been worth the travel time ( which is not far ) to go and enjoy and my grandson wouldn't have been bored. I think that the park needs a huge renovation and some employees with some personality!

I just finished waiting an hour to buy a beer in the park. The line is ridiculous! I’m a chef and former restaurant owner and currently run one. With 5 employees there should not be 30 people waiting in line for 45min to and hour. There is at least one that wasn’t sure what they were supposed to be doing! Only one line open! Are you kidding me!!! Most people only want a beer! And your not serving difficult food. They are literally pulling hot held food out and putting it on paper plates. This is not high end food or plating!!! Absolutely FECKLESS and Goodman should be embarrassed that his name is listed as the director of food and beverage. I will say that the hour wait allowed me the opportunity to converse with other in line. Everyone agrees with my interpretation of the situation. This is the poorest run food and beverage facility I’ve even experienced. Absolutely inefficient and they are leaving thousands of dollars on the table. I know my party would have ordered $100 more of drinks, and that would have for certain let to the purchase of food. Every person I spoke to agreed that they would have spent significantly more if the line didn’t take an hour!! Shameful!! Just shameful!!!

My grandson loved Legoland. The lines were very long on some of hte virtual rides and we had to get out of another ride line when the ride broke down after a 30 minute wait. I believe Skip the Line might be a good investment if the park is crowded. We did not think it was crowded that day, but the lines build after lunch. The rides were short, but fun. He loved flying school, the Rescue Academy, and the coasters.NinJAGO and Coaster Sauraus. Mia's Riding Adventure was closed. The Christmas decorations were nice and so were the unexpected fireworks at 9PM. Our recommendation is to go to the park early, pack snacks (anything you want; they don't really check) for the little ones, then go out of the park to McDonalds or any place to eat, come back for evening rides. The park food was extrememly expensive and for a family of four or five, you're talking a lot of money for food. Also, much of the park is for very little children, so I wouldnt take a child 9 and above. They would probably find the park boring. Overall a good day, other than the long lines and closed Water rides.

My kids love Legoland, but we’re here now (October, 2020), and the park isn’t taking safety seriously at all. I’m disappointed by how they don’t seem to care if people aren’t wearing masks, including indoors. We stood on a crowded indoor line to get food at the burger place. More than half of the people on line weren’t wearing masks. And there was no one monitoring the situation. Really disappointed in Legoland - this is a breeding ground for COVID. : (

My family and I bought season passes to the Legoland in Winter Haven florida. We lived very close by and figured it'd be worth it due to other Legoland visits in other states that were amazing. This is by far the worst Legoland I have ever visited. We got there at 11:00 on our first visit with our season passes and the entire Park closed at 2:00 due to some mild rain. The few rides that remained open that were indoor we waited in line for over 30 minutes just to have the ride close before we were able to get on. The staff is extremely mean everyone looks miserable there. Don't waste your money coming to Legoland in Winter Haven drive the extra 40 minutes and go to Orlando where there are wonderful Disney world amusement parks you can visit.

I can honestly say... yes everything is awesome... if you have a child under six... and you guys are not fans of Disney, or waiting in long long lines. We went to see the new LEGO movie emit double decker couch and go get your drivers licenses, although they would not let my six year old drive the six year old car because he just turned and he’s on the spectrum and said he was still five.ugh. Besides the lack of information on the signs telling us that we are waiting for the correct ride we left feeling like we got our moneys worth. Again if you don’t have the patience for Disney.we love legos and will definitely be back.. on lighter note this place is about an hour away from Disney and not in the best place. Wish the marking people for LEGO would have considered that. Decent but not great if you have a pet and are traveling for hours to get there. Just something to keep in mind. Also would never even think of coming on a weekend!

fun place to spend time with family!!!
its amazing to see how with simple lego blocks amazing sculptures and mega city minitures are created.

You can bring in your food so kids can have snack to munch on while in park

We bought the go Orlando pass from Costco.com and we’re able to visit Legoland. Kennedy space center .

They have many rides to enjoy and have got lot of food options. you can bring in food from outside in the park.

I visited legoland with family and kids.. they had super fun. Many rides do have long wait time but now this we have observed at all them parks during holiday season it does get busy with long lines.

we all loved legoland movie world ride ....

Most rides were open, and my 6 year old grandson loved everything ! Most places to eat , or get a beverage were closed causing long waits at the few that were open. Ticket lines had only 4 windows open , and about 100 people waiting. Took us an hour to pick up our prepaid passes.
Once inside all of the rides were operating and were being cleaned between each rider. Distancing signs were everywhere and they do a wonderful job with health safety. All park employees are very pleasant and helpful !!
The water park was great , but some of the slides were closed. Unfortunately, again , food and beverage sites were closed except for one at the entrance.
All in all , we had a wonderful 2 days at the park. Suggest kids are under 12 for the most fun. No real "thrill" rides , but plenty for the 2 to 12 set of kids !
