We have two kids, a boy (8) and a girl (5) who are both Lego fans (even more than Disney) and they both loved the park (maybe even more than Disney). They especially loved the hands on building activities like the build where they got to build they're own robot and program it. The rides were right about their level when it comes to interests. The coasters were small but fun (especially for their age). We especially liked playing with Lego bricks while we waited in line (the few times we waited at all).
It probably would not be as fun for kids over 12.
It was far less crowded than Disney (though we came on a rainy day). Since it was a rainy day, it was also great to have the rainy day guarantee which led to us having less stress in case we felt we missed something.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The park was clean. It had nice Lego builds throughout (some even made noise which was fun for the kids).
The layout of the park is a little confusing. The map was a little confusing. The Lego app used for directions did not always find the right direction we were going (that might have been mine or my phone's fault).
I wish we had more time at the park to do some more hands on activities we missed (but we did come mid-May).
All around we enjoyed it immensely.

Peppa Pig Theme Park
Speaking on behalf of my 18 month old, 3 year & 6 year old; it was a blast!!!

14 year old: park was cute.

Had to bribe them to get out of the splash pad area, once out the line for the rides we're long. But like any other theme park we waited for the characters to preform & gun it to the lines.

Cons:
1) The store had 2 cashiers & 1 person to purchase ride pictures from. It was a mad house.

2) there is only 1 store & same pure madness inside, long lines!!

Overall it is a great park for preschool & toddlers. Could use a bit more of security, you can easily lose your kid in this small park since everything is crammed in. Lost sight of 2 of my 4 for short periods of times since it was just so busy.

Will be going again, with a cooler full of snacks

It's not that bad. Because of Covid a lot of things are (were) closed or limited, people acting like they should open things up just for them. Wait times are longer because of social distancing. While I do think the lines for food/refreshments were a little long, I'm not going to go on a 10 paragraph rant on "how I used to work at a restaurant so I should know running a restaurant at an understaffed theme park should work." Nor am I going to give location one star for a "rude" lifeguard because I (and my kids) don't know how to follow safety rules.

This is the 1st time I've been. I have a 4 year old. He's still a little too young/small for some rides, but this park is really geared to the over 3 and under 12 kids so I expect a couple return visits over the years. There's more to do for kids here than at SeaWorld and Busch Gardens and Universal seems to be shifting away from the younger kids so Legoland is great option for them. My son went on like 2 rides and had fun running around. It's a nice little break from busier parks.

Avoid spring break and days around holidays. Ended up buying the annual pass as it makes more sense. Enjoyed my stay. I'd suggest keeping an open mind and going in without Disney expectations.

I just finished waiting an hour to buy a beer in the park. The line is ridiculous! I’m a chef and former restaurant owner and currently run one. With 5 employees there should not be 30 people waiting in line for 45min to and hour. There is at least one that wasn’t sure what they were supposed to be doing! Only one line open! Are you kidding me!!! Most people only want a beer! And your not serving difficult food. They are literally pulling hot held food out and putting it on paper plates. This is not high end food or plating!!! Absolutely FECKLESS and Goodman should be embarrassed that his name is listed as the director of food and beverage. I will say that the hour wait allowed me the opportunity to converse with other in line. Everyone agrees with my interpretation of the situation. This is the poorest run food and beverage facility I’ve even experienced. Absolutely inefficient and they are leaving thousands of dollars on the table. I know my party would have ordered $100 more of drinks, and that would have for certain let to the purchase of food. Every person I spoke to agreed that they would have spent significantly more if the line didn’t take an hour!! Shameful!! Just shameful!!!

Legoland on a whole was fun, definitely a 1 day trip. We stayed in the hotel and thought it was fun. The unfortunate part of our trip was the last night all the kids were playing in the lobby entertainment area and one of the staff members aggressively yelled at my 7 year old son for climbing on the play pirate ship. He along with about 15 other kids were running around having a great time when a staff member ran over and started screaming and pointing at him for climbing on the ship. It was loud everyone stopped to look. I went up to ask what happened and he said I climbed on the pirate ship. The ship looks like a large play structure and he was not the only child on it. I understand if they have rules against this for safety but the tone and aggression of the staff member didn’t match the action. I multiple guests who witnessed this walk up and ask if he was ok and also voice their concern over the actions of the staff member. This is a resort that is set up for children, it confusing to kids when you have these huge “play structures” but you’re then told you can’t crawl on them. I understand there are rules and we expect my son to follow them. The tone and approach was the big miss for me. My sons was in tears and his last impression of the resort was a woman screaming and yelling at him.

During online booking, system changed by family size and the number to my stay day and once the reservation was made, never received a email confirmation. When I called to get more information, I found the error.

Because this is a tourist attraction in Orlando, Legoland should do a better job with customer service by having reservation specialists available 24 hours to resolve such issues. They should also not contract to third party travel sites as this is where the error took place. There was also no contact information to make it easy to call for assistance. I called on Friday and was told no one could assist me until Monday. Waited for a phone call and I still had to call them back waiting over 35 minutes to be connected to someone.

I am still on the phone 50 minutes later with them telling me there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue. This is heartbreaking as a consumer and for my family as one member was left off the reservation and we cannot afford the large ticket price to add the other person and another day.

This is more customer service and this has left a bad impression on me and my family.

Thank you Legoland for an uneventful family trip that cannot happen.

I am a mother of 3 children ages 5, 9 and 7 weeks old. I bought yearly annual passes for us to visit Legoland thinking that my child at the age of 5 would be able to ride rides in the park. That is incorrect, I assumed wrong. She is unable to ride without an adult and I can not leave my infant alone. I could have gone to Disney and spent the same amount of money and had a better experience. Your rules are utterly insane. Wait times were inaccurate and showed a wait time of 5 to 15 min. when in reality the wait was triple that or even 160 min. wait at some rides.

My kids love Legoland, but we’re here now (October, 2020), and the park isn’t taking safety seriously at all. I’m disappointed by how they don’t seem to care if people aren’t wearing masks, including indoors. We stood on a crowded indoor line to get food at the burger place. More than half of the people on line weren’t wearing masks. And there was no one monitoring the situation. Really disappointed in Legoland - this is a breeding ground for COVID. : (

Several years ago, we went to Legoland with our nephews. Had a great time and felt like we did and saw everything. This time, we took our littles (6 and 3). Spent over $400 to go on 6 rides — almost $70 each for the simple, slow rides We stood in endless lines watching employees drag themselves through motions of getting people on/off rides with little interactions with guests. Normally I would blame COVID and extra cleanings. However, we never once saw an employee wipe a ride down. Park was just dirty overall. Didn’t help that the park closes so early — not to clean tho. Employees put up signs to close rides and left. My kids are begging to go back and see the other 3/4 of the park. Not sure I can justify the expense though.

Wow what an awful experience we had. We had tickets purchased on-line through Ticketsatwork.com. They weren't able to scan them at the gate for some reason. They tried insisting to us that we had either already used them (definitely not) or they were expired (though they were just purchased a week prior, clearly said valid for one year, and had an actual expiration date PRINTED directly on the ticket itself that clearly said they expire in November 2022). We were then forced to go to guest services where again they couldn't figure out how to scan them and again tried to argue with us that they had expired. They got snotty and nasty when we dared tried to patiently point out that the expiration date right on the ticket was clearly next year. After dealing with 3 different employees, each ruder than the prior, and taking about 20 minutes of our time they eventually let us through the gate, but no explanation, no apology, nothing but rude and snotty attitude acting as if we were some kind of criminals.

Terrible people skills aside, they had many other operational issues. Several rides were down at the beginning of the day. Despite being a fairly busy Saturday, they only had one parking gate open leading to a pretty long line of cars trying to get into the lot (they did have a 2nd shorter line but for passholders and hotel guests only).

It's such a shame, because the LEGO brand is great and this could be a really nice park. We had a great time at Legoland California a couple years ago. But the Florida park has some serious problems, primarily the lack of people skills at the front gate and guest services. While stuck at guest services, we heard a lot of similar complaints from a whole lot of other customers dealing with similar problems.
