Been coming down from Colorado to ride with Sam and Stew for years now! Always have the time of my life, amazing flat and warm water even in the winter!, and great wakes and most of all second to none instruction!! Every time I️ come down I️ learn another big trick! Best wakeboard school I️ have ever been too!

Chain Of Wakes is the ultimate location for all things wakebording. Perfect weather, warm water and and first-class coaching for all levels.
Sam was very flexible with our schedule and his coaching is an ideal blend of fun and progression.
COW is awesome for family fun (also Lego Land next door) on the boat or pushing your wakeboarding skills to the next level.

Loved our driver, the boat, and the lake was perfect. The driver was so good that he got up our friend who was over 70 the first time on a wakeboard. The place is expensive but you are pretty much guaranteed to learn and enjoy yourself with their expertise.

My wife and I gave four of our grandchildren age 14 to 18 Wake board and surfing lessons with Chain Of Wakes for their Christmas present. Arranged our details with Stewart in early December for lessons in March of 2017. Florida has had the best winter weather in several years but as Murphy law would have it the week our grandchildren were on March break from Canada was cold. Were scheduled to take the lessons on Monday and Wednesday, weather forecast was cold. Telephoned Stewart on Saturday and was able to change our days, in fact one of them same day to adjust to the weather. Our grandchildren were thrilled with their lessons. Sam has a gift of sharing his expertise and knowledge so is easy to grasp and understand which results in a wonderful learning, enjoyable experience for all. All of us were able to ride in their beautiful boat which allowed us to be part of the outing. Sam and Stewart thank you, you guys are great.

I wanted to advance my Wake Surfing and also get back on a Wakeboard after several years off. Sam and Stew (who both have represented Team GB at a World Level) made me push my riding to a level I thought was out of my reach.
Winerset Lake is spring fed so it's the most blue out of all the 16 chain lakes.
Flat water, limited boat traffic ( hardly any) and a super consistent Wake made this pitch perfect.
The vibe in the boat is always fun with excellent tunes from Max 98.3 Orlando and COW boat dog 'Daisy' you know you're going to have an Awesome day.

I highly recommend Stew and Sam as wakeboard coaches and people to spend time with. I have been to Chain of Wakes for more than 10 times and every visit was very helpful. They are definitely the best to learn from.

I have visited Stew and the Crew at COW a few times and can't get enough of the place if you wakeboard or want to learn this is the place great Boat, Great Lake and great people. Always feel at home and have a great time see you again in 2017.

I have been to Chain of Wakes a number of times with my latest trip in April/May.
The wakeboard coaching is second to none and my wakeboarding has really come on. Stew and Sam really work to understand how you learn and tailor their coaching to suit. If you want a break from boarding, the boat can throw out a perfect wake for wakesurf too.
If you need to travel from overseas to get there, it’s worth it; the school is on Winter Haven’s Chain of Lakes and there’s always flat water to be found, normally straight from the dock. The views are stunning – just look at my pictures.
There’s plenty to do locally. For the wakeboard focused, there’s Florida Flips gymnastics where Steve will help coach your tricks on the trampoline, and there’s even a good diving board set up at the local swimming pool where you can also practice your flips. For families, Legoland is next door, there are natural nature reserves nearby and Orlando’s attractions are only an hour away. There are plenty of cheap golf courses, mountain biking and even skydiving within twenty minutes.
Stew can point you in the right direction with accommodation.
Whether you are local, or from the other side of the world, a beginner or a pro, want to drop in for a single set or stay a number of weeks, I would recommend Chain of Wakes as the place to go to learn to wakeboard. I can’t stop going back – the coaching is that good.

Spent 2,5 Months with the Stu and Sam . Coming from South Africa it was awesome to have help from good coaches. I recommend this school to guys that want to learn a lot.

We have visited Stewart Mackie at Coawakes twice recently, for a week in November 2015, and again in February this year.
I can honestly say that is the best venue we have ever been to for riding/wakeboard coaching.
Stew always makes learning fun at all levels from beginners to pro riders.
With one of the biggest wakes around, for learning new tricks, along with great weather and water conditions you can't fail to progress!
Don't forget to try out the great surf wake too!!
