On the far-eastern coast, you'll find coral reefs in water so shallow that you can actually walk out to them. Along the beach are the Long Bay Hotel and the rambling Allegro Resort Pineapple Beach.

This beach is beautiful, palm lined, coconut seller, amenities and even on a cruise ship far enough away that it still felt quiet and peaceful.

If you are down this end of the island then this is a once beach, easy to get to and park and lots of room although shared with pineapple resort.

Loved the fine white sand, warm gently shelving water and idyllic swimming. Not much else on the beach or surrounds to go for though. Still, it is quiet at the opposite end from the hotel.

Visited from the Verandah resort, nice beach but not easy to swim when water is rough. Vendors selling goods on the beach is nice for getting souvenirs.

Sadly this beach which is one of the most beautiful in Antigua had suffered some changes. At first when you arrive you are instantly approached by the local beach loungers people that bother you quite a lot trying to rent you a hard, plastic and...More
