Amazing views, pleasant staff, unforgettable memory

A group of 8 of us went on the Sunset cruise to celebrate a birthday. We pre-ordered 3 bottles of Prosecco to split. Check-in at the blue hut was easy to find and there is a fun bar across the street you can grab a drink while you wait. The staff on board the boat were very pleasant and attentive. You definitely get your money's worth on this cruise. The views are amazing and there are many photo opportunities. I would definitely book again.

Fun with my gal pals

My gal pals and I enjoyed our Segway tour with our two guides…Sean and Derrick. We had spent three days on business and needed an adventure to wrap up our successful trip.
With the guides, we covered a lot of ground and saw interesting and fun aspects of both West Palm Beach and West Palm Beach Island. Beautiful scenery. Hot weather. True Florida. Sean provided fun facts and humor (and water) which made our two hour tour seem to fly by.

Rented The Jet Ski - And Fun!

I rented the jet ski and it was a blast. You can rent for 1/2 hour or an hour or more. It gives you the opportunity to see the Palm Beach area from the inter-coastal waterway and check out the sights and sounds from a different viewpoint all while having fun. Going back.

Good could have been great

I went on the day party on Hakuna Matata with my friends. It was good but could have been great, if they read the room (boat), the majority of the crowd onboard were young but the music did not match, the guest should be able to put in request for what they would like to hear. Multiple people asked to have the music changed and were denied. Dylan and Cecil were nice about explaining they have a playlist but not Brittany, she rude about it. They need to update the music to current songs and a diverse list of music. The floats were so much fun, the food and drinks were good, Cecil and Dylan met our needs as best as they could to make it fun.

Mangrove & Mansions kayak tour - interesting & fun

Our guide Andrew was very good. Told us a lot of history, was knowledgeable about the ecosystem and what WPB is doing to care for the intercostal water, birds and little creatures. He even picked us some “sea grapes” to taste. He picked up any garbage he saw floating along really emphasizing his love for nature. All & all a good trip. It helped that we were only a group of 3 so it was easy for him to talk to us as we paddled our kayaks.

Do not stick to their word

I am a first responder and when booking my rental I told them because of my job I could be running late and they said that was more then ok! Well last night I got out late called and said I was fine with the hour or so I would have on my reservation but they told us the crew could not launch us until later. I asked for a refund was told no. I had to rebook. I did for Saturday called again to cancel and was told no refunds even with a the 24hr ahead. Do not stick to their word

Hi Doreen, I'm sorry that you feel that our policy, which you agreed to at the time of booking, is not fair. We had staff waiting for your kayak rental at the time that you reserved and we had the gear allocated and ready for you. You did call and let us know you were running a bit behind but then it ended up being nearly an hour and by then we could not accommodate your rental. As a courtesy we did offer to let you reschedule and you did. Of course you would not be entitled to a refund for this courtesy reschedule. We have been trying to work with you and it is very important to us that our guests receive the services as promised and I do hope that you understand we also must have certain policies in place so that we are able to staff & accommodate the reservations as scheduled. In our 25 years in business we have been proud to honor our first responders through many give-back programs and donations and we do thank you for your service. Please reach out if we can assist in anyway to get you back out to enjoy a kayak experience.

Great Views, Great Value

We took the Sunset Cruise by Visit Palm Beach. Great experience! The scenery was beautiful. The boat was neat and comfortable, not at all crowded, clean restroom, Charcuterie box good quality and value. Friendly, informed captain and crew.

I did the floatilla cruise with Captain Cecil, Brittany, and Dylan and it was amazing! The best part of my west palm trip. They were so friendly and fun and I had the best time of my life. I highly recommend this cruise if you wanna live your best life in west palm beach!

Hakuna Matata Sunset Cruise

We go every year when we are in Palm Beach. It doesn't get any better than this. Sunset cruise around the beautiful sites of Palm Beach, sailing by the mansions, the yachts with a fun crew, rum punches and music. We love this experience and can't wait to go again

Awesome Jet Skiing in WPB!

The Waterfront Visitor's Center provided us with excellent customer service and the jet ski was a blast! Friendly people and fun for all on one of the most beautiful waterfronts in the country.
