There are lots of places to eat indoors or outdoors here, casual and upscale, and lots of fun bars! There's also a movie theater, clothing and other stores, and other places to shop. It is very pretty with dancing waters outside at certain times. It's a great place to sit, have a drink, and people watch.

Its new mall with a few shops but to be honest most people come for the entertainment its got a cinema and a few bars with band etc. To me its a bit artificial, i prefer Clematis but its only a few minutes walk from one to another unless of course you are American then you can of course drive LOL!

They have tons of restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, Moes, etc. They have a great party type bowling alley that served food, a publix, stores etc. It is all cute and you get to walk around with kids and they just love being there.
Much of the time they have live music in center square where kids can dance too.
They have great comedy center, and movies too!
Definitely worth going to enjoy a night.
Parking garage or valet is easier.

What an awesome atmosphere! Such a lovely place to walk around. It is full of quaint shoppes, restaurants and a very nice movie theater. The Japanese Restaurant was delicious! Plenty of food and great quality plus a show. The cool prepares your food right in front of you. He does cute little tricks like making a flaming volcano from a stacked onion. The three story 🎥 theatre was clean and great quality seating. The shopping had everything from Macy's and Bath n Body Works to unique shops to Palm Beach. It felt very safe walking around. The area is clean, beautiful grounds planted with lush 💐, Palm trees, and water fountain. Big parking garage of the street parking is filled. Love this!

We watched the snow fall all around the Plaza here at City Place! It was so awesome to watch it snow, the train was going around and around, the great big tree was lit and just stunning! This was a magical night! We ate at Saito's and over looked from the second floor all of these delightful festive events. City Place has it's own parking garage that is easy to get in and out of. It's well lit! We enjoyed walking down through this Winter wonderland, as the music is playing, we walked up to Sandi Tree it's a Christmas tree made from Sand! They had sand sculptures all around for you to look and take pictures! They also had by the Marina miniature golf! This is truly a winter wonderland of lights, fun times with friends and family. Make the trip its beautiful!

Visited two weeks before Christmas
Beautifully decorated, mini-festival occurred where local business served foods, smoothies, specialty foods, and other services in the park
Shops- H and M, Charming Charlie, Macy's, Anuscha Spa, variety of dining choices and much more
Trolley-You can take one of three trolley lines and see the area. It's free! Free! Free! I got on and off different stops and took different lines. Fun for free!

This is a nice place to hang out on the weekends / evenings. Several good restaurants, stores and other shops to browse through; the movie theater there is great. Most of the time there is live music or some other type of entertainment. The parking deck is easy, but I recommend valet parking. West Palm's public transportation is nearly non-existent, so don't count on that. Well worth the trip.

How to obtain permit for street performer or permit to busk ,thanks
Written February 14, 2020
Hello. I remember before Rosemary square there where (A)
girl who use to sell lights and water guns for the kids, city license. They had band performer every weekend. There was guy who use to play violin in front of publics. There where also guys on clematis street playing guitars and saxes. Did i see a permit badge, no. Did they get removed, i walked back and forth 45 min later and they where in the same place. My opinion, better shot performing on Clematis street then Rosemary square. Rosemary square is under new management, new security, and new identity which is not friendly AT ALL to small entrepreneurs i.m.o. They are catering to Upper Class visitors so good luck.

Yes there is a bike shack in front of Panera and right across the street. They also have city bikes that are available for rent as well. Hope this helps!

How bad is it around CityPlace when Trump is in town? We're booking a place for Labor Day weekend...just wondering if traffic and street closures are really bad when the president and his entourage are around.
Written August 14, 2017
Traffic is not to bad when he is in town, the backup is on Route. A1A which is closed around Mara Largo. City place itself is a bustling nice place to visit. It has different restaurants, shops and from time to time entertainment

need a restaurant within walking distance of Kravitz.....to go to before a performance
Written January 24, 2015
My personal downtown favorites are City Cellar and Brio. Ruth Chris is excellent but a bit more pricey.
If you get there early and want to take a walk down to Clematis or ride the trolley there, you will find many excellent and reasonably priced places. Enjoy your trip.
