We bought a combo ticket with the zoo. The zoo was wonderful, but the aquarium and science center were unremarkable. The aquarium part was very small! A few exhibits, but not impressed.

We were so thankful that South Florida Science Center was open for a washout day on our first day of vacation. Memorial Day was the first day that the museum was reopened and they did a good job with following guidelines so that we felt safe. The museum limited the people

My husband and I were looking for something to do with his mom who has Alzheimer’s and her companion who is 89. This place was a good choice. Lots of different things to look at and interact with. Small enough to not be overwhelming. We also took a walk around Dreher Park after

We bought discounted tickets to here and for the adjacent zoo. Ask for these because the employees may not remember to offer them. There were interesting things for both adults and children but it's really geared for kids. I expected more hands-on things to do with more

Thank you for the review and your feedback. The Dual Discovery Pass is a great option to see twice as much for one low price - you get one full day of general admission at the Science Center and then can use the same pass at the Palm Beach Zoo, that day or even weeks later! We do offer 21+ events targeted solely to adults including MolecuBar, Ladies Night Out, Nerd Night, Courageous Cocktails, and Science on Tap. Our Journey Through the Human Brain exhibt is also great for the older audience. It features the latest research and innovations, with high-tech displays, immersive experiences, and state-of-the-art equipment telling the story of the human brain, from the molecular level to the integrated circuitry that reveals how the brain informs our senses, creates our thoughts and emotions, and how it has evolved into the most complex structure in the universe. Our Hall of Heroes exhibit is actually a great way to make science interesting and interactive for our guests while recognizing everyones favorite superheroes. Visitors will learn the scientific circumstances that create superheroes, discover the ideals that heroes uphold, and push boundaries as to what it truly means to be heroic. From controlling robotics, learning about thermal conductivity, interacting with laser light reflection, playing with the properties of wind, learning about elements that can take down certain heroes, and discovering the technology that goes into creating superhero suits or wearable robotics seen in films - there is tons to explore. We do apologize you missed our cafe - the hours of operation are 11am – 2pm Mon-Fri, 11am-4pm on Saturday, and 12pm-4pm on Sunday. Thank you again for your review and recommendations - we hope you come back again to see all we have to offer.

For a smaller city, this aquarium and science museum felt good enough, but nothing to write home about. They had a nice aquatic exhibit, and some other interesting interactive shows and elements. Good for a rainy day.

Thank you for your review. We love being able to provide visitors with both indoor and outdoor fun! It is great to hear you enjoyed exploring our 10,000-gallon aquarium housing some of Florida’s most beautiful native fish such as Queen Angels, Lookdowns, Moray Eels, Stingrays and seahorses as well as a few fish that have invaded Florida’s coasts. We hope you come back again on a nicer day to take advantage of our outdoor Science Trail and Mini Golf course awarded by the Travel Channel as one of the "Top 13 best mini-courses in the U.S."!
