This is one of the best gathering places in town, almost like that of a European city. From green markets to music to walks, it's always a great place to people watch, dog watch, shop, stroll, watch the water and more. It is enjoyable during the day, evenings and holidays.

First trip to FL and we loved it. We just stumbled upon this place after looking for a small souvenir shop. After discovering that this street is lined with bars and shops, we stopped for food & drinks. We ended up staying for hours enjoying the nightlife. What's notable about this area is even though folks are out drinking and... More

When our kids were young, they enjoyed playing in this fountain more than the ocean beach! The random jets of water erupting from the fountain add to the fun. The adjacent Sloan's Ice Cream, lots of nearby restaurants with sidewalk seating, old fashion faux trolley, BikeShare station with plenty of slow riders, and beautiful seasonal lighting makes it a magical... We had fun exploring the area one night and came across Centennial Square. There were people of all ages enjoying the weather, fountain and dining out!

Kids just LOVE playing in the fountain and I just LOVE the Green Market, and free concerts!! There's usually something fun happening there and you ask for better views, with the Intracoastal waterway right in front of you!!! The city has done a fabulous job of making such a beautiful spot!!

Around Centennial Square, you have an AMAZING water fountain (which reminds me of a SUPER SIZED sprinkler system that I would have LOVED as a child to run through). That is of course surrounded by superb restaurants, bars, even a REAL BOOK STORE nearby (called Liberty books, I believe), which are disappearing at an alarming rate! It is right by... More

While visiting West Palm we came here to look around before going to have some drinks. There were lots of activities for people to do. Adults can walk and talk, kids played in the fountain and on the light field. We were there at night and it was beautiful I can only imagine what it looks like during the day!

After dinner we walked and were thrilled to find Centennial Square where a band was playing, people were dancing, and there was a water fountain splash pad that delighted my teen. There are public bathrooms which is always a positive!
