While this is a first rate performing arts center their excessive service fees are not warranted
Everything is ordered online with no human interaction
Tickets are picked up at Will Call
As many others have posted these fees are an issue , especially if you cannot go to the box office to buy tickets directly
I did reach out to customer service and even tried using Social media to get an explanation but no response from anyone
I am sure there are real people whose job it is to communicate with customers but they seem to be hidden
An explanation would be appreciated.
I for one would rather pay more per ticket than burdensome extra charges

We went here to see Blue Man Group. We loved them in Orlando before they left. On the theater web site, There are 2 Bistros where you can get a hot meal/soups/sandwiches. We saw that neither were serving hot food. Only Drinks and chips. Which was disappointing cuz it was a SOLD OUT show. The parking garage (Supposably free)had No signs, staff or directions given. Only sign we saw for a garage after turning into the main road was one 2 blocks down in which we had to pay for. After the show we were all hurried out like cattle being bottlenecked. Also, No gift shop for the BMG! Disappointed because Blue man group merch is the best, The theater inside was really nice though. I thought our view was fairly priced. Only reason i would recommend.

As much as we love and support this center their communications is in desperate need of attention. They list box office hours but the box office is closed when you get there. You want to order tickets on line and then are told of a 17% processing fee, and additional $71!!!!...BUT you don't have to pay the processing fee if you go to the box office in person....BUT it may not be open when you get there even though it's listed on their website as OPEN. This organization desperately needs to get their act together. We will NOT buy the two $210 tickets and have lost interest in that event having dealt with the processing fee and then having driven to the CLOSED box office.

Great venue in beautiful West Palm. We really enjoyed the show that we booked.

My Mother is Italian, My Father is Jewish and I am in Therapy.

We were in the smaller theater which has cheap looking and cheap feeling seats. It is a nice enough theater but for the price, put in some nice theater style seating.

It is also the dated side.

The large theater looks beautiful and we can't wait to go back next week to see another show.

I was lucky enough to go see Hamilton here for my first time, and I had a blast! The glass design was really cool, not to mention the comfortable seats, show, and leg room! I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful theater. Bistro on 3rd floor for a quick lunch before the matinee. Free parking in adjoins garage.
Miss Saigon done very well (but it is no Madam Butterfly!)
Traffic horrendous on I95 beware!

We went to a concert in the smaller hall. The outside of the building is certainly fancier than this smaller theater. I have heard that the main building is more impressive. Patrons have to go through security before entering. The rows of seats are fairly close together and not especially comfortable. I found the sound level to be too high, which hurt my ears at times. I would probably try it again and take in a show in the main building. The show itself, by the Edwards Twins, was well done. They are very talented performers.

My companion and I were seated in the front row box seats of the first tier treated to a rare appearance by the Miami City Ballet.. Everything was in perfect view. There is ample indoor parking at the Kravis Center and easy access to the main theater area. The routines by the Miami City Ballet and orchestra were exceptional. Three acts; first the "Rodeo", groups dancing, all in various costumes, done with ballet moves to the music. Next came dancing by male and female members of the ballet from nine tunes sung by Frank Sinatra. Beautifully done. Finally a sensuous finale, outstanding moves by the lead ballerina, along with a huge cast, in a dance called "Fire", all in colorful costumes, ending with the ballet troop on stage. A very spellbinding performance.
A standing ovation concluded the show.

Okay so I waited years for Hamilton to come here and then months for the show after we bought tickets. Unsurprisingly the show rocked!!! And the venue sucked. Too hot, too crowded, long bathroom lines, cannot see the stage! Had fantastic view of the heads of the two tall men in front of me, while the folks behind me complained my small head blocked their view. Disgusting experience for the price of the tickets. Sticking to Broward
and Miami from now on.
