I had wonderful experience At Anushka Spa Salon and Cosmedical! From the gracious and welcoming front desk who all seemed truly excited to see me I saw Anjela for a full back wax. It’s never fun but Anjela is a quick and adept professional. Next I had my regular wash and cut with Louis who always provides a tremendous haircut for a young professional. Stephany was thoughtful and professional with the wash. Love these guys as they have always had my health and safety first and foremost throughout COVID. Thanks to you all.

It took me awhile to write this but I feel that it really caused me aggravation my last experience at this place so I needed to share...
I have a lot of friends visiting me from New York and other places around USA so I always refer them to this spa... I have changed my mind after my last experience.
My girlfriend was visiting, it was her birthday so I got an afternoon spa treatment for her. I had to work that day so I stop by early in the morning and left a gift card in this cute bag so they could give to my friend at her arrival (it was a surprise for her). Well, the bag and gift card was NEVER given to my friend ( I left her name written down and I even called to make sure she would have an special treatment..
After work I stopped by to pick her up and I was so excited to ask her, so how was it? Did you enjoy the gift? She said which gift???
I immediately went up stairs with my friend and this pretty girl ( at the front desk) but really arrogant told me there is no bag here so we charged your friend..
After some time they found it and this girl wasn't nice at all. I asked to give my friend a refund and use the gift card.. She NEVER apologized .. And proceed with the refund with an attitude..
It so unexpected for me and I felt horrible in front of my friend on the day of her birthday..
Anyway, I sent an email to the management after getting theirs asking for a review... It took a while to get a reply.. It seems that it was an automatic email saying apologize.
I totally understand that things can go wrong but bad customer service is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I was visiting West Palm Beach this past February and heard amazing things about Anushka Spa. I booked a massage with Nicole and she was absolutely terrific! She was well trained, professional and had great technique. I felt so relaxed after she was done – it was a great experience!

I am from NYC and recently visited Palm Beach for vacation. I decided to treat myself and go to Anushka Spa for a deep tissue massage (which I usually get when away) and a facial (which is more of a splurge for me). I could not be HAPPIER I booked both experiences!!
Massage - by Ruta: It was one of my favorite massages - and you should know I don't say that lightly because I am pretty picky. Thank you Ruta!
Facial - by Uslin: One word - AMAZING! Uslin went above and beyond with her facial. I didn't even want to put makeup on afterwards because my skin felt and looked so good. Loved Uslin and loved her facial. Thank you!
Overall - I want to take more trips to Palm Beach just to get these treatments from Anushka...and the sun light doesn't hurt during these NYC winters!
Massage - by Ruta: It was one of my favorite massages - and you should know I don't say that lightly because I am pretty picky. Thank you Ruta!

One of my girlfriends and I decided to take a chane on this spa as it was in an upscale location. We made appointments for a wrap. They told us we would come out slimmer and more refreshed.... What a joke! They wrapped us in a giant tinfoil like sheet and put a blanket on use and left the room for over 30 minutes. I ended up with a massive headache and looked worse than when I came in. There was wrapping of anything! When we told the "manager" of our experience she was extremely rude. She told us that was how they did their wraps, and made us feel like we were idiots for thinking differently! Never never have I been treated so disrespectfully at a spa. I won't make that mistake again!

Had a wonderful afternoon here with a friend.
Treatments were great however spa area not extensive, so not somewhere really to come and relax with friends.

It's very hard to top Anushka. I had heard they were the best in town and the rumors were true. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and well taken care of.
Keisha did my nails (love that girl), Ruta did my massage and really worked my feet (they needed it) and Jackie did my pedicure. If you're able to get an appointment with Uslin for a facial, it's really worth it. Not only did she pamper me with a much needed facial, I had a lot of questions for her and she patiently answered all of them (I even brought in what I use on my face day to day and she gave me great feedback). Thanks, Anushka!!

I was recently vacationing in Palm Beach and wanted to have my hair done while I was there. The concierge at The Breakers recommended Anushka Spa and Salon in City Place. I am so glad that I listened. I was immediately impressed with the facility upon arrival. The salon itself is gorgeous and chic as can be. It certainly did not feel like I was in South Florida; more like Manhattan. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, as well as beautiful. Cherie was the stylist who did my hair, and what a phenomenal job she did. She formerly worked at The Breakers and prides herself on the notion that there is more to her career than just fabulous hair. She even refers to her work as helping the client’s outward beauty reflect the inward beauty of their soul.
I can tell you that I certainly felt beautiful! I would recommended Cherie and Anushka as a whole for any beauty needs that you have…you won’t be disappointed!!

The ‘Perfection’ FACIAL!
New to the area can sometimes be daunting. Relocating south from the North-East, I did my research online and chose ANUSHKA SPA & SALON. Because I had read and heard such great reviews about the owner and founder, I felt that this was THE PLACE, for me! It certainly did not disappoint. Lesley was the esthetician for my facial and I truly left ‘glowing’. Not only is she professional and lovely, she really knows her field like a true pro! Can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for the, as I call it, A ‘PERFECTION’ Facial!

My skin is glowing after a facial at Anushka yesterday. Ellie, my extremely experienced facialist, was kind and knowledgeable. She offered suggestions on ingredients I should be looking for in skincare products specifically for my skin. I was concerned about dehydrated skin after several busy months with lots of long-haul plane travel. She addressed that with a deeply hydrating mask as well as a thorough oxygen treatment. It all left my skin feeling completely amazing! She massaged my hands and feet while the mask was doing its work. That felt so good and provided an extra relaxation boost!
I found the quiet, all-white environment restful and sipped a steaming mug of Strawberry Seduction white tea while looking out at the rain. The steam room was also a nice place to relax. I appreciated the little touches, such as personalized name plates on the lockers and beautiful loose-leaf tea.
