Wonderful, Educational and Surprising Visit

The garden had some really nice flowers and landscaping, but a lot of the paths seemed to end abruptly and the overall garden seemed small to me. If your'e in the vicinity, it's worth checking out, but I can't see myself recommending it if you're not already near it.

The front entrance does not do the garden justice. Once through the gate (only $5 - best value ever!) the garden surprises you at how big and diverse it is. I had no idea all of the native plants and flowers that grow in South Florida. More importantly I learned the names of the plants and was able to find... More

Very large garden and great for walking around (a lot of the garden had some form of shade to hide from the sun).

A beautiful place to spend a few hours. Nicely laid out and very well kept up. It's conveniently located off of North Military a few minutes from the airport. If you want a break from the normal touristy things to do, this is a great change of pace. Plus it's a great place to take pictures.

Good value at $5 suggest donation. The gardens are well laid out making good use of the space and very well kept. Really enjoyed our morning spent here.

This is by far not the most amazing garden in the state of Florida but it sure is nice for locals to go to. They have an awesome gift shop that sells great quality honey so make sure to pick some up (Good prices too). The grounds will take you about 1 hour to complete. We went when the Lego's... More

A beautiful botanical garden located in West Palm Beach. $5.00 suggested admission. They have an array of trees and flowers. If visiting during the summer, it is recommended to douse yourself with Off! spray before you go.

These gardens were practically wiped out years ago from hurricanes. You should see them now! There are so many different species of plants and something is always in bloom in each section of the gardens. They are expanding so the visit will be even better as time goes on. They have classes on subjects that will help you grow your... More

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Mounts Botanical Garden. It may be a small garden but has many beautiful flowers and trees and displays. I took many photos of their pink and yellow frangipani, royal Poinciana and other native trees. This is a must see while you are in Palm Beach...don't forget your camera [or your mosquito spray]!

The gardens are so beautiful. This is a do not miss venue if you love plants. There are docents that will give you a private tour of the gardens with advance notice. It's worth it. They impart so much information and knowledge of the local flora and fauna.
