Great little botanical garden hidden In Palm Beach county. One of the unique features is that it sits at the west end of the Palm Beach Airpot runway. If you have some time before your flight it is a must see. Great diversity and well maintained gardens.

Well laid out, nice gardens to delight and soothe you. I look forward to their annual event when I go and get all the plants I need.

I am an avid lover of anything that grows out of the ground, and believe me, this botanical garden was like no other I have ever been to. Amazingly, I have driven past this place without even knowing it was even there. I enjoyed every breathtaking moment of my time there. The sights and the smells were simply amazing. You... More

Visited with my sister, one morning. Allow at least 90 minutes. Despite it being January, the garden was very good. Only negative is that it needs much more ID on plants/trees. Staff very nice, especially young man at entrance. Gift shop has very good prices and selection.

I've been coming to Mounts for many years and always find it relaxing. The garden isn't large, but they have managed to have a rainforest area, a butterfly area and a wetland. They also hold special events several times a year, and I especially love their plant sale. They have very knowledgeable master gardners who are always available to answer... More

Mounts Botanical is the largest botanical garden in the Palm Beaches. It originated as an Extension of the University of Florida Cooperative Agriculture Service. In the 70's and 80's I bring plants in with disease on them and ask, What do I do to get rid of it. I'd also purchase exotic plants. Now it is just a Beautiful Garden... More

Oldest largest botanical garden in the palms, it had its beginnings in the mid 1950's. Having visited many gardens, I liked the fruit and vegetables that we're incorporated. The founder had farming origins, and I liked that part of the garden. My husband liked it's layout. Bring bug spray just in case.!

We visited Mounts Botanical Garden and were very happy. For recommended donation of $5 per person the Garden offers a great opportunity to relax and learn about flora of Southern Florida - from pine and palm trees to cacti. The Garden is not big and can be explored in a couple of hours. Plenty of parking, picnic areas, butterfly garden,... More
