My wife and I went on a Segway tour while visiting in West Palm Beach. We had been on several other segway tours but had never been to West Palm Beach before and thought it would be a fun way to see a little bit of the area. The tour was great, and although our timing wasn't so good because there were a lot of crowds there for the Boat Show at the time, we had a very enjoyable 2 hour tour around the downtown area and over at Palm Beach Island. Our tour guide, Diego, was very informative and was very careful to keep the small tour group safe. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

Diego was an excellent tour guide. We learned SO much about Palm Beach on this tour.
The segways are easy to use, they give you instructions and practice inside the building and then off you go.
They segways are equipped with headsets so you can hear him.
You get views of palm beach you wouldn't see on your own and awesome stories to go with it! You also make a stop at the sculpture garden and library.
We were a group of 5 - 2 Adults, 3 kids - 11, 13, 16 - all had prior Segway experience. We called ahead to explain and they allowed us to bring the younger two after assessing their skill on the segways.

Great time ! Joe was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable with the area history , funny and patient . Definitely would go again and ask for Joe ! 👍👍👍👍👍

What a great tour. So much to see and learn about. Our guide Broadway Joe was fantastic. Very knowledgable, personable and professional. Super fun. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Broadway Joe is such a fantastic tour guide and trainer. My wife and I were nervous in trying this for the first time, but he took the time needed to train us until we were confident. THEN the fun began. We saw West Palm and Palm Beach in a new light. Fun facts, great views, and such an awesome tour guide. I HIGHLY recommend this tour, and ask for Broadway Joe.

We had a great time. Broadway Joe took great care of us and was very informative. One family member felt dehydrated in the middle and he took great care of her.

Joe was a great tour guide. He made sure everybody was safe, knowledgeable on how to proceed on the Segway, and accounted for at all times. He made the tour funny and made sure that he always had an interesting tidbits throughout the tour.

Broadway Joe is very entertaining and a really terrific segway tour guide. He was an excellent teacher and very cognizant of people's abilities. He takes very professional pictures throughout the trip. This is a super fun way to see Palm Beach. We would love to do another tour with Joe.

Absolutely a MUST!! We’ve never been to West Palm Beach before so we were looking forward to seeing the city and learn about it as well. Broadway Joe was THE BEST guide!! Very knowledgeable and funny. It was a great trip and I encourage everyone thinking about this Segway tour to sign up and go as you won’t be disappointed!

We just did the evening tour to look at Christmas decorations. The cost was $55/@ for a one hour tour. There were 6 of us, ages 16-71. No difference in cost. Segway Sam led the way. He was very safety conscious and a native to the area. The details he shared about Palm Beach were very interesting. We especially liked the artist's paintings that he showed us under the bridge!

Hello,
Absolutely we have taken out thousands of seniors! There have been many guests well into their 80's, 90's and even a woman 102 years old! We do a very nice training indoors at our location and make sure everyone feels comfortable before heading out. The Segway is self balancing, very intuitive and easy to learn within minutes. We hope to see you "rolling" with us soon! Thank you
