The crew is knowledgeable and nice- the captain is experienced and the rates were reasonable.
We left on time, returned on time, and everything went smooth.
They had complementary drinks and snacks on board for everyone. I had my teenage son with me, who ended up not being able to dive because of his ears- they took care of him on the boat and let me continue with my dive.
In 20 years of diving this is easily the most easy going and helpful group I have encountered-
I would highly recommend

I loved these guys! Captain Alex and crew took excellent care of us. Totally safety first with this operation, but they make it fun. They had a super great map that we got to review at each site. Definitely helped me ‘see’ the plan for the dive. We had a decent current so it was important for us all to get on in in short order but I did not feel rushed AT ALL. They took the time to ensure everyone was ready and even hit each of us up individually to give the once over. Seasoned divers might think this overkill but I assure you, the way they did it was awesome! I highly, highly recommend these guys to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to dive with them again!

Narcosis is a top notch operation. Captain Alex knows exactly where to drop his divers. The guides dive masters are knowledgeable and take time to assure all is well and love to point out various fishes, eels, turtles, lobsters and other interesting marine life/coral formations. The 48 Pro Dive Boat is well kept and the crew has always been accommodating.

I’ve been diving for over 6 years and the Narcosis Dive Company crew is the best I’ve come across. Captain Alex, Chris, Ally, and Sarah were fantastic! They interacted with everyone on the boat and we truly had a great trip with lots of laughs. Everyone went above and beyond to try and help those feeling seasick. They were such an attentive crew at all times. We will dive with Narcosis every time we are in Florida.

What a great dive experience. Capt and crew were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The dives were safe and fun, our guide pointed out many creatures I would not have seen without him. I highly recommend Narcosis Dive Company. If you are new to diving, this is a great choice. The boat is large with lots of room to move about. For more advanced divers this is also a great choice as they adapt to all.

Captain Alex and his crew where so very kind to us. Visited from Texas and he warned us the waves where between 3-5 feet. Offered us a full refund on the trip before we departed . Went anyway and got sea sick for the first time. His crew graciously cleaned up my mess, assured me I wasn’t an inconvenience to them and even used gas and time to take me back to land. Def will be back ... on calmer conditions of course!! Thanks again

My son and I were recently certified and went on our first open water ocean dive. I highly recommend Narcosis! Alex, Anna, and Chris were great and made us feel very comfortable. We had a very positive experience and had an experience of a lifetime and look forward to many more future dives.

Some good diving over the weekend. There was a very strong current, so it was all drift diving. The boat is nice and large enough for a big group. The problem with a bit group (~26 divers) is that it is a big group. They did a good job organizing everyone, but it became a bit crowded on the first charter. The second charter had about half the number of divers and was much more comfortable.
The crew was quite good.
I would return to use Narcosis Diving again.

The Narcosis captain and crew are outstanding. This operation is great for any level of diver experience.., but if you are new to diving in general, or to drift diving in particular, I would recommend you consider Narcosis as your indoctrination in South Florida diving.
Captain Alex is very friendly, yet he conducts a no-joke, thorough briefing about his boat's safety equipment, emergency procedures, and how dives will be conducted. (Boat briefings are serious stuff and too many captains look at the process as a necessary evil, giving the briefing a half-hearted effort.)
On this particular day we had Divemasters Chris and Valentino on board. These guys were terrific. Both were kind and helpful with making sure gear was on board and stowed away, and that each diver was prepared for the dive.
Dive site briefings include a topographical map review on a flat screen TV in the boat's salon. On board this day was a junior open water diver on his first post-certification dives. Chris and Valentino took great care in watching over this young man.
When it is time to gear up, the deck team ensures that everyone is equally prepared by conducting a verbal safety check (what amounts to a group "buddy check" i.e., BWARF) just before it is time to enter the water. Some veteran divers may look at this as overkill, but ensuring all divers are 100% ready to dive benefits the group that enter together as each dive is Divemaster guided.
The Narcosis dive boat is uniquely designed and is an excellent diving platform. The boat is longer (48 feet?) and wider than most, offering ample room to move about. The salon is open to the bow, which allows for the breeze to flow through the salon. (Some boat salons do not have sufficient ventilation and diesel exhaust can linger in this enclosed area.)
There is a center railing that runs midship to stern, making for a great handhold as you make your way to the swim step. The two ladders are easy to ascend with two vertical poles that offer stability when exiting the water.
If you are from out of the area, you can arrange with Narcosis to have tanks and rental equipment on hand for your dive day. Not having to lug tanks from car to dock can be a welcomed relief.
While each dive is Divemaster-led, experienced divers have the option of venturing away from the group so long as they carry their own surface marker.
