Have tried to reach them for two days. They never answer the phone. There's no way to leave a message. No recorder on the line. Phone just rings and rings. Website and services listing non-existent. No Domain connection.

I originally gave Atlantis V charters a great review 2 years ago, as we had a great experience and not issues....this time was VERY different. I had no issues booking or paying for my tour which was supposed to be full day fishing trip and half day sail. We arrive at the marina on the day of our fishing trip and there was an issue with the boat, we rescheduled 2 other times and each time the same issue and were never able to go out. We were also supposed to have a half day sail that same week which never happened as they did not have the sailboat at the marina (it was coming in from st Thomas) we were never notified that our said was cancelled and only found out by fluke from the captain of the fishing vessel we were supposed go out with. The BIG issues began when trying to get the refund for these trips that never happened. I had written Multiple times, sent texts made phone calls with no response. I finally got a hold of Joseph who said he would apply the refund that evening when he was in the office, and yet again it never happened. I continued to call everyday and texted asking for the refund that he promised he would give....NOTHING!!!! so I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company and finally 5 months later I did get a refund but only because of VISA NOT Joseph at Atlantis V charters. I would caution anyone booking with this company because of the terrible customer service in regards to refunds.,,.this was hundreds of dollars and very stressful fighting to get back what should have been a 2 minute job to refund my money. Best advice, stay away, there are many, many companies that do this kind of tour with much better customer service and refund procedure......no worth the Stress!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Went on a 4 hour sailing trip and had a great time. My wife and i decided to book a trip to the keys. I gave them my deposit and was assured that I could get it back if I needed to cancel. When we did cancel Joe said he would send the refund. After three months he has ignored my calls and emails. Finally called from a different number and he picked up immediately. I will be seeking legal advice against this company. Don't let this guy scam you!!!

My husband and I took the 8 hour full day trip on the Atlantis V and had a wonderful day. It was a beautiful day with not a lot of wind but they were able to get the sails out in the afternoon for a lovely sail. We had booked for one day and at the last minute the captain quit, and we were promptly phoned and rescheduled for the next day without issue. we had 2 captains on our trip and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. We took a lovely cruise to 3 Rooker island where we were taken a shore in a dingy and spent a couple of hours on this beautiful quiet paradise. Once back aboard the Atlantis V the captain asked the passengers what we would like to do as there was not much wind, so we opted to go for a cruise, during which the wind decided to pick up enough that they were able to put our the sails. we had a lovely sail for 2 hours or so before heading back to the marina. It was a lovely way to spend the day and we would not hesitate to do it again. There are drinks provided on the tour, but pack your picnic lunch especially if you are doing the full day cruise so you can enjoy it on the beach.

Dale took us on the 4 hour sailing excursion and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. The sun was shining and the weather was great! There were 4 in our party and we had a great time!
