We went to see a Hockey Game there with the Lightning. The experience of a live game is outstanding. The Area is well kept and easy to follow once you get inside. Everything is clean and all the staff are very friendly and eager to help. Concessions are everywhere(and over priced like many are in arena's all over the country),... More

They must either hire the nicest people or intensively train or both... the place is friendly to attend. ALL ushers, vendors, management seem happy and eager to assist in any way. Food was good by not spectacular but the "I want to make the experience enjoyable" attitude was sure refreshing! I attended a hockey game

A fantastic facility to watch a sporting event like the ice hockey. Good seating and plenty of stalls to choose the meal of your desire. Plenty parking around.

We took our soon to see WWE Wrestling, the view was excellent, the sound, lights etc all good. The big downside is the cost of refreshments we paid $11 for a water and a cola. We didn't partake in the beer, it was over $16 for an imported beer. You are of course not permitted to take food or drink... More

Amalie Arena is an excellent venue for many events. Recent renovations have made it a breeze to navigate, and there are open spaces on the concourse where you can eat and watch the action on the arena floor. It's easy to park, lots of concessions to choose from, plenty of restrooms, and the acoustics are good for concerts. Have seen... More

We've been to the Amalie several times for NHL hockey. The facility is first class, with great seats, a terrific sound and video system, and lots of food and drink options (quite expensive, however). My biggest issue with Amalie is its location, which becomes very congested prior to an event, to the point that we just don't attend events on... More

I had not been to the Amalie Arena for many years, but we got tickets for Billie Joel and Andrea Bocelli. Great sounds from the arena, terrific seats, wonderful music, and signing along with Billie Joel, was just the best not so easy parking, the price for parking is ridiculous and not very well lit. The concerts where the best... More

We visited Amalie Arena several times during the playoffs this year and last and the atmosphere was.... electrifying! They say that Montreal is the hockey capital of the world, well... Tampa Bay is a close second! The ambiance, the music, the special effects... EVEN LIGHTNING up in the rafters!!! An enjoyable time, with very enjoyable fans wanting to have a... More

Great venue for hockey. All seats are good. Good choice of concessions. Lots of parking nearby. Several years ago I was also there for a concert. It was also a good setting for that.

I love going to Lightning games here... There is no such thing as a "bad seat" in this arena, and I love the lightning ball!
