Whenever I travel from the UK, I always gravitate to the local Irish bar and I’m glad I chose MacDintons. In my experience, a great pint of Guinness is an indicator of pride in your work and underlying quality of the establishment and the Guinness here was spot on. Over a few visits I tried a couple of different items from the menu. I particularly enjoyed the Shepherds Pie. It’s an American take on the British recipe and quite unlike anything I’ve ever eaten before but OMG, so tasty! I almost bought another one straight after! The service I’ve received has always been friendly, one bar tender (Cameron, I think) suggested a local fishing guide and gave me a contact number while the door security were professional without going over the top. Multiple large screens show football, soccer and hockey and the place is always lively! Valet parking is available on the weekends. Recommended.!

I’m my opinion this place was the worst experience I ever had anywhere! They have horrible customer service! They clearly don’t know what good customer service is. They don’t know how to treat customers with dignity, and respect. The manager is rude and disrespectful and doesn’t know how to deal with people. He has no people skills, and thinks he owns the place. The security guards are also rude, and think they can talk back to the customers in a rude way. I’m disgusted I seriously am gross out by how this people even work there when they treat customers like garbage and make allegations that aren’t true. I don’t want an apology from anyone. But I will review this terrible place with one star because you can’t make allegations that are false! Won’t ever return!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!!!! How is a manager going to make false accusations about something so serious while someone is in the bathroom simply peeing. It’s clearly racial profiling. And I hope the owner reads this review because your staff are falsely accusing innocent people with things they can’t prove. No one has the right to falsely accuse you of something so serious and regardless if it private property or not it’s racial profiling and it’ discrimination, and unlawful!!! I hope people read my review and pass on this terrible bar with terrible people!!! I can easily prove my case with a test and a background check. Unlike you who can’t prove nothing because you made everything up in your head. So if someone is breaking rules and making bad decisions is the people who work here who are clearly seeing things that are not there!!! I don’t care if the manager is Hispanic what you did was wrong and you lied about the whole situation, and I hope this gets reported to your boss for making things up in your head!!! Accusing innocent people and snooping on Man while they are using the bathroom to go pee. Everything about the situation is wrong and unlawful. You are racially profiling people! People run from this place!!!!
