We couldn't help but stop in at La Herencia De Ybor bar on our walk back from the Columbia Restaurant to our hotel in Ybor City. The Latin music was enticing, and the festive atmosphere drew us in. Seated comfortably at the bar, we asked the bartender for a drink suggestion and without hesitation, he recommended mojitos. One couple was dancing, so we couldn't resist joining in. After the Cha-Cha ended, we drank the best mojitos we had ever been served. The bartender then played our Latin song requests and we danced some more until it was time to leave.…

We tried several different bars in Ybor looking for the best Mojito and this one had by far the absolute best mojito I've ever had. The girl that made it took her time and used techniques I've never seen to make it.. It was OUTSTANDING!

We came here on the tip of Cigar Aficionado magazine article dated June 3rd, 2010. The place seems to now be named La Herienca De Ybor...so I'm not sure if it's the same place or not. It appears to be at the address on google maps. Our brief entry and exit didn't seem to suggest the type of experience listed in that article by Cigar Aficionado mag, so I'm unsure.
