We used Elite Transportation from Tampa Airport to Siesta Keys and the return trip of Siesta Keys to Tampa Airport. The service was amazing. The vehicles were clean. The drivers were very kind. I received a text message from the driver, Samy, about 24 hours before the first pick up and he stayed in contact with me, until he picked us up. There were nine people in my party, and we were picked up in a van that accommodated our party and our luggage. For the return trip, a new driver, Francis, picked us up at 5 AM and the same great service which included text messages the night before and showed up at 4:45 AM to ensure that we were at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. I also quoted about 10 car services, and Elite Transportation was very reasonably priced (not the cheapest but not the most expensive either). We will be using them again when we travel to Tampa.

I found Tampa Elite thru a Google search. Our driver Bob took care of us from the airport to the hotel and also returned EARLY Monday morning to get us back to the airport in time for our return flight.
Jeff the owner not only answered the phone when I called to place the reservation but he also kept in contact via text confirming the day of our times and Bob the driver did the same. I highly recommend these guys, the vehicles were immaculate, booking was easy and the price was perfect.

I set up a shuttle for my family of 8. It was a much better option for my large family instead of trying to use other transportation companies. It took the stress away knowing transportation was pre arranged and they were exactly what was promised. Our driver was Sam and we was a delight! All my kids knew his name, he gave my child a football, he was talkative during the drive, and he was always early.
I will 110% use this company again when I travel to the Tampa area.

I am pleased that you enjoyed our service. Yes, Sam is one of our best drivers with a bubbly personality. He loves people and loves children.

This is a great service!!
They don’t lose your reservation, they communicate with you the day before and on the day of pick up or drop off, they are on time, they are clean, respectful and engaging, the drivers are courteous on the road and obey traffic laws and speed limits. I will never use another service!

Our driver was so accommodating, punctual, easy to find- in fact he found us. After a long day of flight cancellations and delays and needing a ride from Tampa airport to Orlando airport this shuttle service was beyond amazing for us. Thank you Francis for being so great and getting us where we needed to be.

Great communication start-to-finish including by email to arrange our private ride well in advance...and by text on the days of our pickups. All exactly according to plan and such a friendly driver (Carmen). Highly recommend this service! We traveled to/from Treasure Island from the Tampa airport.

I scheduled a last minute pickup and return for a party of 7 the day before Thanksgiving. Elite had us booked in no time. The drivers reached out early to make contact and were prompt on arrival (even with flight delays). And the drivers were personable, professional, and very courteous throughout. I will certainly use Elite Shuttle again!

Tampa airport elite shuttle was great picking us up at the airport, in fact Carmen who was our driver had to wait an hour to get us because of a delay in our baggage arriving. We stayed for a week, but for pickup at the hotel to go back to the airport, I had to call 2 different people at Elite shuttle about an hour before our pickup time which was scheduled for 7:00 am. Even though I had a confirmation number I was told I was not on the list. The owner Sammy actually came to get us and was right on time so I give them a 5 for the airport pickup but only a 3 for the hotel pickup.

I have spoken to Samy and he pick you up at 645am, before your pick up time. He was on time for you. I don't understand when you say you were not on a list.
We send everyone a confirmation and you are in the computer system just like everyone else we book.
We are a very organized company.
I was also informed that Carmen waited on you for 2 half hours because your flight was delayed and luggage was more than an hour and you only tipped Carmen $2 which is very shameful on your part.

It has been a great experience with Tampa Airport Elite Shuttle, especially with the driver Michael who was very polite and respectful and went above and beyond to make our trips to and from the airport very pleasant and safe. The driver was on time and very friendly. Definitely recommended.

Superior Service to Tampa International Airport and back.
Flight was delayed by 30 minutes, but the driver monitored the arrivals,
communicated by text and waited for us holding a sign with our names at the terminal.
Also communicated a day before to verify our departure and arrival.
Sam and Yocef were extremely helpful, friendly ,understanding and prompt.
The cars were clean and comfortable.
Great, convenient service you can depend on.
I will definitely use this company next time.
