DO NOT PLAY HERE!!! I was here starting 11/25 for a few days playing slots. I played around $9,000 and never hit a decent jackpot. I tried over 40 machines and nothing was paying out. Then after spending all most $10,000 the security was very rude when I had a situation where I needed assistance. He pretty much ignored me and walked away. Disgusting unprofessional behavior. The security and all employees need to be trained on how to provide better customer service. The slots should have better pay outs or people will travel somewhere else. I’m a High Roller at several casinos and this was my third time here and my LAST. You lost a great customer. I’ll take my business to Oklahoma or Vegas where employees are kind and machines hit.

In this day and age. Rock still smells like a wet cigarette ash tray and ass. Stinks. Went up to the mezzanine level and could still smell that crap. Poor folks downstairs waiting to get into the restaurant lined up against the wall covering their noses... Great pizza to go, though. At Valet parking pick-up they gave so many keys to freak in drunks it was crazy. One guy could hardly talk let alone drive and another was falling over and cut in front of us, here's your keys ... by, by.

Place is very old school. Very smokey with tons of slots. Table games had fairly high limits and limits got bumped up as you sat there. Happen three times during the evening. Food and drink choices were good.

Nobody ever wins here. Smoke is unbearable. If you plan on winning anything, especially roullette. Don't. They won't have it. I tell everyone to stay away. Go gamble at a real casino. F this place.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon, and it was virtually impossible to get a drink while gaming. There were no waitresses in our area and few bars. We walked quite a distance to the closest bar and were greeted by the bar tender saying "we are closed" with a sour look. We walked further to the next bar only to see long lines at all four corners. Also, it is impossible to understand how much is given on the current promotion. The promo provides cash back on your next visit equivalent to half your losses on the 1st day that you have signed up for the Unity card. However, while you can look up your Unity points, there is no table which shows the number of points for each dollar wagered. That information is routinely available from loyalty programs at other casinos.

It would be 4 if the place wasn’t completely smoke filled. It’s gross. We stayed in a suite that was very nice on the top floor but became extremely noisy between 3-5am with doors slamming and loud voices. We went to see iliza Sclesinger (so funny) and stayed the night. Breakfast was very good and delivered still fresh, warm and with friendly service. Skipped the games after the show due to the smoke which makes it to the non smoking sections too.

im stupid i have been to this casino way to many times. Im local here. my mother in law has gone 2 times a month probably for almost 20 years and has never had a hand pay. the only time you win is after you have lost a ton.( This is how they make people think others are winning) then you might get half back. rewards have gone way down. terrible terrible terrible!!! I know someone else that has spent 40 large in last six months probably more. I have played all over the country and this casino is the worst for pay outs!!!

To any unsuspecting customers that are going to the Hardrock to gamble on the Slot Machines, please be aware that these machines are fixed to provide you with no more than 15 to 25 percent maybe. Do not listen to their PHONY television ads. You could walk every inch of this casino and you would not find a winner in the crowd, never mind winners like they portray on television. You can sit at slot machines for hours and bet max bet and if you are lucky to hit a bonus you will think now I am going to get paid and when it is all over you most likely have won ten to twenty dollars. On rare occasions you may get a little more. It is disgraceful the way they taking and taking from our senior citizens. The State should step in and investigate what the hell is going on there. I have been to casino's around the country and there are none that are as devastating as at this casino. If you are smart steer clear and go to Biloxi, if you are not smart go there and test the waters if you want to lose everything you have.

Concerts: don’t go (if) you really like the band, wish to get out of the seats & have fun. In April, 2023 I traveled 90 miles, booked their hotel just to see my favorite band in the world, Alabama. This is a country rock band I’ve known for a very long time, they (want) their fans to get up, dance, and have fun. They (do not like) venues where security detail doesn’t allow any of that. Well, they witnessed exactly that at this venue as the so called Security Supervisor named Travis Wertman forced me out the door after shaking lead singers hand and took 2 pictures (pictures were allowed & obviously lead singer would never have walked to me, bent down and shook my hand if he did not want to). I imagine Alabama will never return here because they seen what transpired after that. Not good. No warnings from security (that they didn’t appreciate my fun), or anything. They kicked me out, ruined my opportunity to see this band, the band is getting up there in age, their fiddler has already passed away, when will I have an opportunity to see them again before they are just to old to tour? This place, this security man with his Napoleon syndrome really took a lot from me that night. I am beside myself, so upset at what they did.

Took my wife to see the Casino. We both wanted to experience playing poker at an actual table. We knew it would be much more different than playing at home and it definitely was a learning curve. There’s a poker hall on the far end of the casino and payed 60$ for the buy in with 5$ chips, which was way more affordable than the poker tables near the slot machines and the roulette tables. The only thing I would say is dealers should have more patience with newer players. So many people would love to hop on the tables and play but don’t know the etiquette or are worried they’ll look bad for making a few mistakes. Most players are just normal people looking to have fun and win some money. I made a few mistakes the first time but learned a lot and would encourage any new players or inexperienced players to try out the poker hall at this Casino. Also spectators aren’t allowed at this Casino so if you lose before your wife does, you have to get up and stand a bit further away if you want to observe.
