The convention center is medium sized. Plan on a lot of walking. Elevators are moody and occasionally go down. There is an escalator as well that works a majority of the time. If you go to the bar outside plan on waiting a while and...More

The Convention Center was a great setting for the 2016 IBEX Show. Notable is that the cafe on the water side also puts out a nice bit of food for a quick meal. Shame that hurricane Matthew chased us out of town!

I went here to go to the Boat Show. Great place to go for any type of convention. Staff at Convention is friendly. It's in a great location. I would definitely come back here again for conventions.

The architecture is reminiscent of the famous Tampa cigar factories. Great patios and places to walk and talk. It's at the end of Tampa's successfully designed River Walk.

Depending on the time of day, it's about 30 minutes. At rush hour it could easily take an hour.
