We rented a party bus for my daughter's homecoming. The bus was for 14 people and they all fit very comfortably with plenty of room to move around. The party bus was very clean and perfectly maintained. The communication with this company is awesome! We got the confirmation email a few minutes after booking the bus. Then we got a confirmation text a couple days before the event. The day of the event, we got a text letting us know the driver was on his way. The driver (Joseph) was on time, friendly and professional. All the kids raved about how great Joseph was with them. Joseph responded to text messages immediately and everyone had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

I used Affari Transportation for a late-night/early-morning pickup from the Tampa airport to Indian Rocks Beach, and the service and communication was excellent from start to finish. I appreciated their quick and thorough response to my initial inquiry prior to the trip, and the driver, Marvin, provided excellent communication during the timeframe leading up to the midnight pickup, putting me at ease as my son and I flew into Tampa. The vehicle was also immaculate. Highly recommend.

Affari Transportation is the best. My brother’s wedding was on 2/24/2024 and was the one of the busiest weekends ever. Sarah from Affari squeezed us in and gave us a discount. I called her back 2 days before the wedding and reserved an another vehicle to transport my brother and his bride to the reception. Sarah made it happened. You don’t really get a call back from businesses but she did. Not only she called back to keep me updated and she called me back with results and complete transparency. I have been in the Meetings and Events industry for over 30 years and have watched the downhill trend of so many of my suppliers. The concept of "The Customer comes first" seems to have dwindled into the past. But then I engaged Affari Transporation to assist with an event for 500 last month and they were amazing! It is truly a breath of fresh air to work with such a professional team. From the initial reservations, through the multiple changes and then to their on-site management of the transport (the owner actually came to oversee!), everything was flawless. I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience with Affari. They had excellent customer service, quick response times, and sent a stretch limo that was clean (and awesome), and were generally phenomenal. I called these people at FIVE IN THE MORNING because this was a reward for the students who had read a million words at our school and I was panicking. I wanted everything to go right and I was just nervous (under no circumstances was this Affari's doing... I'm a worrier). Y'all, they answered at 5AM!! and eased all my worries. It made a world of difference to me and then getting a text when the drive was en route calmed me all the way down. Our driver, Ash, was an absolute doll. He was so accommodating and tolerated all of those kiddo's shenanigans with grace, a smile, and a good attitude. He treated them like the superstars they were and I just don't think our day would've been quite as magical if they hadn't been treated exactly like Ash treated them. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. If they can put up with my insane 5AM call, provide a driver like Ash, function so smoothly (quotes, payment process, communication), and make such a magical day for a special group of kids... They can do it all.

My 38th Birthday party bus experience was beyond epic. The best birthday ever! Staffing and our chauffeur was very understanding, respectful and professional. A ride around the town myself, family and friends experienced. Not only were we safe, he made sure we got to every event on time and his patience was unmatched. 25 friends rented the bus for a trip from St Pete to the Hardrock Cafe and back. We all give the experience 5 stars! The service provided the cooler, ice and the sound system. It was BYOB and we bought snacks. We were able to Bluetooth our playlist and our driver was very patient and accommodating. We asked if was possible to extend our time 1 additional hour and our request was granted without issue (at an additional cost). And on the trip back, one of us requested the dancing pole and the driver placed it up for us. It was the best time! Would highly recommend this driving service!

Used them for my wedding this weekend! We tried out the luxury SUVs and limo. They were professional, sweet, and very accommodating to our last minute request for them to arrive sooner. They had no problem answering every question I had and had drinks for us on every ride. They were early to picking us up at every single location which worked out better for our schedule changes.
