Great aquarium

Had a great time at the aquarium. Lots to see. The penquins were a must to see, and touch a stingray.

We went to the aquarium to kill some Time before heading to the airport. It is pretty pricey to get in and to be honest not worth it. For Tampa and knowing the sea life, they did not have much there. The best thing was the stingrays and touching them and the otters swimming. It was very crowded and to... More

We loved this aquarium! Great exhibits, just the right size so you don't get worn out, a nice on-site food service, and for a fee, you can swim with the sharks and fishes! (With a reservation.) I had always wanted to try SCUBA diving, and my swim was a great entree to that. With a diver guide, holding onto a... More

The family and I enjoyed a day at the Florida Aquarium. We were impressed with the layout of the facility. Exhibits were kid friendly for the girls. We viewed each exhibit twice in a four-year hour period. Food on site was average and expensive. Ten dollars to park across the street at the parking garage. Lots to see and learn... More

The Florida Aquarium is a nice summer afternoon attraction. Not only can you beat the heat but you get to see a representation of Florida Marine Life. This aquarium has much more to see than the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Recently visited The Florida Aquarium in Tampa with my wife and 12 year old son. We arrived mid morning because it's a 2.5 hour drive from our city. Tickets were about $25 per person 12 and up. Discounts for military. The Aquarium is much smaller then I expected. My son was bored 25 minutes after arrival. We ended up staying... More

Took the whole family ages 2- 50+ enjoyed!! We bought the City pass as our "Tampa excursion" and spent a couple days before we cruised Carnival to Mexico! This one is right at the port so you can park for the ship ( certain ports) and spend some time at the aquarium first. The aquarium has many neat "attractions" it... More

Very nice and educational aquarium. Enjoyed all the exhibits. Felt like you were right in the water with some exhibits. Easy to find.
