Don't waste your money! Almost everything here is not running. Only two rides were listed inoperable at the front gate, but there were many more closed. There's not much to do. Even most of the food places and games are closed. Went on Nov 23. We came last year and bought a 2020 pass, and travelled from Missouri to Tampa hoping for the awesome experience we had last year. What a dissapointment. New roller coaster not open. Others: Sheikra, Flume Ride, Congo River, bumper cars, and a few others not running.

Pretty impressed with the whole covid thing there. I thought it was as good as it possibly could be with people being people. After all if I was freaked out about catching the "rona" I should stay home right? So off I go! Picked a Saturday, my bad. Busy as heck. I think basically because they just don't have enough help right now. Temp check was pretty fast and workers were pretty cool. Long tine to get in but it went pretty fast. No, not 100% mask compliance but nowhere is. I got in and was sad to find no shows and no sky ride but, you know, rona. Some rides were open late. I wished I had known that I would have started my day a little later but, whatever. Staff looked tired but friendly. I rode my favorite rides and got a Turkey leg and headed out. Overall not a bad day. Not perfect but no day ever is. I have to cheer the staff on. They have a difficult task meeting an increased if not unrealistic expectation. I don't envy them. I will be back soon!

BEWARE!!! I have visited twice since its reopening and I am really disappointed in its enforcement of mask compliance among its quests. There are a lot of people without masks and parks employees passing by without saying anything. They are just after our money, not our safety. NO GOING BACK MYSELF AND NOT RECOMENDING MY FRIENDS. Life and family is too valuable as to exchange it for a day of amusement.

Not sure why anyone enjoys wasting a lot of money to wait in lines forever. A rip off just like many other theme parks. The only reason I went is because I had free tickets and had never gone there before. Several rides were not working, and on most of the rides at least half the seats were not filled yet they still ran them making people wait even longer..ridiculous. I suppose as long as they stay overrated they will still draw a crowd and continue to price gouge and take advantage of people. Do not waste money on a place like this. It’s a disservice to yourself and your family. Plenty of better things to do.

So as a park, Busch Gardens is pretty enjoyable and close to my home, so very convenient, so it is with great anguish that I give them a bad review, and it is all due to their billing practices, so beware. I had their payment plan for my passes that seemed very easy, up to the point that they renewed my pass without notifying me, while they were closed during the Covid 19 Pandemic...Busch Gardens Tampa was closed from 3/16/2020 thru 6/11/2020, and even after reopening, it is not a great idea to go to a crowed park and touch all of the rides. They renewed my pass with the 3/14/2020 billing and kept charging my card until 5/14/2020, then started up again on 9/14/2020. Spoke with a representative and they assured me they were crediting me back to the renewal...well they didn't, when I called back after 3 weeks, they advised that that representatives decision was overturned and they would only give me 2 months back...this is shady as Hell and takes a big set to renew a pass while they were shutdown for a pandemic and keep billing...so I will not be going to that park or Seaworld with my family again and will be spending my money at other local attractions like the Big Cat Rescue, Lowery Park Zoo, the Tampa Aquarium and Liberty Ship. Nice work Busch Gardens in losing a client over $100.
