The park is full of homeless people...I've never seen so many in one location and I've been to Atlanta, Denver, and NYC!

The word is out.. This park is now the homeless capital of Tampa. Every bench occupied by squatters, shopping carts and all. I observed several of the new residents responding to unseen stimuli. Police station right across the street and I still would not feel...More

This is a nice park to relax in or bring your lunch, a square block of shade amongst the business and tall buildings in the area.
