There is a lot of history within this cemetery. Some of the gravestones are really cool and there are a lot of interesting inscriptions throughout.

We went along to see the old graveyard and share our respects to the fallen of the wars. It was early morning and very quiet. Well worth a visit for the historical information.

Think of all the famous people that died here. Makes me feel that I am known for something. I was know to team up with Joe Pesci.

If you love history, this is hreat. There's a map of who to look for. A bit hard to find some, but very interesting; the designs on the stones, names, etc. Was very cool.

Such a tiny cemetery filled with the who's who of Tallahassee and state. Great little walking map. Wear tennis shoes and bug spray if late afternoon.

Not a lot of statuary, if that's what you're looking for but interesting to stroll though. They are in the process of restoring markers and plot fences. You must use street parking as no cars are allowed within the cemetery. If you visit on a...More
